When the time is ripe for you, these to be tamed, the Dakinis will let out a joyful laugh. Some will reach the throne of the victors, some will become great princes, and some will end samsara. Even if some people break their vows and precepts, they will trade in the city of suffering. Eventually, they will reach the realm of spontaneous accomplishment. The heroes and dakinis of the twenty-four sacred sites and thirty-two great regions gather here, and practitioners can attain the path to liberation in this life. The radiance of the eastern snow mountains is radiant, and the south trembles with the laughter of a hundred sounds. Above, the seven horses of the heavenly path use the power of the waves to draw great water to the four directions.
