All you great kings and your retinues, please accept this offering of torma! Pacifying, increasing, subjugating, and wrathful, etc., may all limitless activities be completely accomplished, and may all obstacles and adverse conditions to practice be averted! Oṃ Vairūrakṣa saparivāra e daṃ baliṃta pūja khāhi! After reciting this three times, entrust the activities and remain steadfast: Hoḥ! You, the protector of the eastern direction, according to your former vows, guard the gate of great practice, and after averting and transforming all outer, inner, and secret obstacles, remain steadfast in this object of focus! Oṃ Vairūrakṣa ye sa pa rivāra samaya rakṣa rakṣa! At the end of three times, Oṃ Supratiṣṭha etc.! Hoḥ! All you great kings, Dhṛtarāṣṭra and your retinues, until you have not broken the vows and seals of practice, Do not let outer obstacles enter within, and do not let inner accomplishments dissipate outwards, give strict orders to your retinue! His two hands hold a sharp, half-drawn mind-cutting knife, wearing armor and a helmet, residing in the posture of a king, blazing with immeasurable splendor and light.
