Like the moon in water, I prostrate to the one who tames the untamable! To liberate all self-grasping Rudras, I prostrate to the great father and mother! To the blood-drinker, to naturally liberate the thought of hatred! To the Vajra blood-drinker... To naturally liberate the thought of pride! To the Ratna blood-drinker. To purify the elements in their place, I prostrate to the five wrathful mothers! To naturally liberate the thoughts of the eight consciousness aggregates! To the eight Gauris... May the Sugatas, complete in every way, consider this! With body, possessions, and all roots of virtue, free from attachment and clinging, I offer this to restore the broken samayas! My three doors, due to unawareness, have not acted according to the commands; regarding the samayas of body, speech, and mind, whatever breaches, violations, and errors there may be, I confess and repent with intense remorse! To Vajra brothers and sisters, I have spoken wrong views and malicious words, physically inflicted beatings and harm, deceived others with cunning, and acted in secret. I confess all samayas broken due to the unawareness of the three doors! The deities and maṇḍalas have not appeared clearly; the recitation of mantras has been impure and flawed; I have revealed secrets to those who should not have heard them, violated the ten secrets, and deceived the guru. I confess all broken root samayas! The five samayas to be practiced, the five to be known, the five to be cultivated, the five not to be abandoned, and the five to be accepted, I confess all broken branch samayas! Practice, recitation, and samādhi have been neglected and delayed; the new and full moon days, the six times, and the timely offerings have been interrupted; laziness has accumulated, and gatherings have been enjoyed; the essence and leftovers have deteriorated, and the words of the samaya have been lost. Due to awareness and unawareness, influenced by faults, controlled by unawareness, I confess all broken samayas! Regarding the nature of saṃsāra, nirvāṇa, and emptiness, I confess all clinging to substantiality and clinging to reality! All dharmas are unified in the great dharmatā! Not realizing it properly, I confess all errors! Regarding the dharmatā, which is free from faults, I confess all expectations and worries about good and bad! From beginningless time, dominated by unknowing ignorance, accumulating endless cycles of karma, all sins, obscurations, faults, and habitual tendencies, with remorse and intense regret, without concealing or hiding, I confess and repent. In the pure Dharmadhatu vase, swirling with the nectar of the five wisdoms, experiencing the uncontaminated arising of great bliss, fulfilling the commitment of the mandala deities. All downfalls, faults, and transgressions, may they be confessed, purified, and cleansed! Second, fulfilling with rakta (blood): Hum! In the sky In the vast expanse of space, transformed into the rakta of the four elements of samsara. The red blood arising from the essence of herbs, fulfilling the commitment of the mandala deities. Self-grasping Rudra, Mara Rudra, All phenomena of various appearances, completely liberated into the great selflessness, with this ocean of red rakta, fulfilling the commitment of the mandala deities. With the unattached red Girti, gathering the three realms into space, with this ocean of equal union rakta, fulfilling the commitment of the mandala deities. Wandering in the three realms of samsara, May karmic obscurations be confessed and purified. Third, fulfilling with torma: Hum! In the outer vessel, the plate of the world, arranging the inner essence, sentient beings, as torma, adorning the torma with sun, moon, planets, and stars, fulfilling the commitment of the mandala deities. In the all-pervading empty torma plate, arranging various appearing tormas, adorning the torma with self-arising desirable qualities, fulfilling the commitment of the mandala deities. In the primordial pure, free from elaboration, plate, arranging the spontaneously accomplished, perfect torma, adorning the torma with the five wisdoms, fulfilling the commitment of the mandala deities ! Fulfilling the commitment. May all two obscurations and habitual tendencies be purified, and may we attain the fruit of liberation. Fourth, fulfilling with light: Hum!
