I, the assembly of twenty-eight powerful ones, descend here, enjoy the red flesh and blood torma, turn wrong thoughts, deceit, and confusion into dust, and lead to the pure realm of the Dakinis, PHAṬ (Tibetan, Devanagari, phaṭ, shattering)! The seventy-five glorious protectors, the ten directional guardians and the four great kings, the eight classes of gods and nagas, the protectors of the white side, without exception, with their retinues, descend here, partake of the white nectar torma, may the Buddha's teachings flourish, may we, the supreme practitioners and our retinues, be turned away from the path of evil deeds, and be led to the ground of clear light Mahayana. May Dharma and politics, power and wealth increase and flourish, may all enemies of the teachings be turned to dust, may each take their own oath as witness, may you not transgress Vajra Samaya (Tibetan, Devanagari, vajra samaya, Vajra Vow), PHAṬ PHAṬ PHAṬ (Tibetan, Devanagari, phaṭ phaṭ phaṭ, shattering shattering shattering)! The thirty arrogant commanders, the eight classes of arrogant gods and demons, the abode of the charnel ground, the field of Heruka, in short, in this world of endurance, the assembly of powerful lords and ladies, without exception, with their retinues, descend here! May those who protect the white side enjoy the white, may those who protect the black side enjoy the red, may those who protect both black and white enjoy the mixture! The entrusted fierce activity is that this teaching may flourish, and that the male and female yogis who practice may be victorious in the battle against afflictions, may they control appearances, suppress power, and the uncertain... PHA (Tibetan, Devanagari, pha, shattering)! May you gain stability, may you lead to the ground of the four vidyadharas, may each take their own oath as witness, may you not transgress Vajra Samaya (Tibetan, Devanagari, vajra samaya, Vajra Vow)! May the gods and demons of the teachings, appearances, and existence, enjoy the red flesh and blood torma, accomplish the desires of the yogi, may the four activities be spontaneously accomplished! The great and small gods and demons of existence, you who have the vows of the past, give fierce commands to your retinues! I am a yogi practitioner, I take a fierce vow as witness, may you not transgress Vajra Samaya (Tibetan, Devanagari, vajra samaya, Vajra Vow)! Then, the key to severance is spoken: PHAṬ PHAṬ PHAṬ (Tibetan, Devanagari, phaṭ phaṭ phaṭ, shattering shattering shattering)! First, from the realm of primordial purity, unborn, from the palace of the youthful vase body, the teacher, the unmoving protector, when playing with samsara and nirvana equally, the realm of phenomena and dharmakaya is vast. Secondly, from the spontaneously accomplished pure realm, in the mandala of the five wisdoms, the teacher, the five families of Buddhas, the great snow mountain sea, the five great mother consorts, the meaning is vast. Finally, from the realm of the self-existing nirmanakaya, in the palace of clear light purity, the teacher, the all-pervading Vajra, the vidyadhara's dharmata realm is liberated, when delusion is destroyed at its base, samsara and nirvana.

Unite in the womb of the wisdom mother, nakedly realize the awareness of samsara and nirvana, without good or bad, establish equal expansion, arrange the torma to liberate the realm of afflictions, offer the self-liberated gathering of thoughts as guests, enjoy the great bliss with joy, merge into the realm of wisdom as one, seal it without duality. In the nature of the unborn dharma realm, PHAṬ! Then, for protecting the steadfast ones, the torma of the severed lineage is: PHAṬ! PHAṬ! PHAṬ! The space of the Existence Mother's womb is vast, the emanation mother sisters wander the world, the steadfast ones, Yama, protectors, etc., together with hundreds of thousands of medicinal nuns, clothes fluttering, puru ru, precious ornaments, khrolo lo, bells jingling, sili li, rainbow and light clusters, lili, singing whispers, uru ru, dancing and performing, trik se trik, peaceful smiles, yala la, emanation retinue, many in groups, with the fierce power of the oath, come here! Ocean of sweet three nectars, PHAṬ! Accept! Enjoy the red torma of flesh and blood! For us yogis and our retinue, grant assistance in accomplishing activities! Enemies and obstructing forces, reduce to dust! Do not transgress Vajra Samaya! PHAṬ! PHAṬ! PHAṬ! Then, throwing the torma-zor, PHAṬ! I am the wrathful black mother, the great fortune of all samsara and nirvana, the emanation dakinis, filling the sky, again the emanation dakinis filling the space, the liberating dakinis filling the earth, the vajra wrathful mothers swarm like stars, the worker messengers move like lightning, So Gyob Phat Pe roar like thunder, weapons and torma-zor fall like hail, PHAṬ!
