Because it is wisdom. Therefore, the wisdom that realizes the two selflessnesses is the essence of Chöd. When combined with the Seventy Meanings, it is said that these four lines show the instructions, and it is very consistent, because practicing the meaning of the instructions properly is the yoga of Chöd. Again: In what is without form, without feeling, and without perception, without consciousness and without intention, all phenomena are unborn, well knowing the nature of emptiness, this is the supreme practice of Prajnaparamita. And, all phenomena are known to be without self-nature,

To say "seeing the sky" is a common expression, one should investigate the meaning of "how to see the sky." Thus it is said. Even we who cling to reality, if we persevere, can realize this truth. As it is said: How does the knowledge of a wandering ascetic cause the destruction of the formless aggregates? A Bodhisattva who knows the Dharma in this way does not touch Nirvana; this is the abode of wisdom. Thus it is said. How does the non-Buddhist artisan, known as a wandering ascetic, truly understand the ultimate truth, realize the meaning of emptiness without an object, and attain Nirvana where the contaminated aggregates are destroyed? Likewise, by knowing the reality of all phenomena, one does not cling to inferior Nirvana, but attains the supreme wisdom of knowing all phenomena. This is what is taught. Having seen that meaning, the way to view it as an illusion: Those who know the five aggregates as illusions, do not distinguish between illusion and aggregates, are free from various thoughts, and are peaceful and subdued, this is the practice of the supreme Prajnaparamita. Thus it is said that all phenomena included in the five aggregates are like illusions. The reason why it must be combined with the practice of skillful means. Those who act with benefit and compassion, learn this mantra and attain enlightenment. Thus it is said. Those who have perfected wisdom with the merits of skillful means, quickly attain the state of supreme Sugata enlightenment. Thus it is said. He is perfected with skillful means and supreme wisdom, does not regress, and attains the enlightenment of the Tathagata. Thus it is said. Sugata enlightenment is free from different dharmas, this is what a Bodhisattva desires to attain, and practices Prajnaparamita with skillful means. Thus it is said. Sugata enlightenment is free from different dharmas, here, the nature of suchness to be realized can be interpreted as being inseparable from the nature of the wisdom that realizes it. Therefore, one should not follow the path of the Shravaka Arhats and Pratyekabuddhas, but should study for the sake of attaining omniscience. A Bodhisattva practices in this way, does not study the Arhat ground, does not study the Pratyekabuddha ground, all knowing.

It is said, for your own sake, study following the teachings of the Buddha. Thus it is said. Moreover, for the sake of this Chöd practice, the main object to be tamed is one with the lineage of the Great Vehicle and sharp faculties, so first realize emptiness, and then after that, generate compassion and so forth. Bodhisattvas practice the wisdom of the victorious ones. These aggregates are empty from the beginning and know no birth. Without remaining in equanimity, engage with compassion in the realm of sentient beings. Thus it is said. Moreover, in order to generate that realization in the continuum, it is necessary to have internal and external

Just as one proceeds with an army of four divisions, it shows that all the qualities of the path go in connection with wisdom. Wisdom gone beyond is the most excellent. These words also show other categories by meaning. How to practice? Giving is great, mind is great, power is great, entering the supreme great vehicle of the victorious ones, and donning great armor. The "Subduing the Illusions of the Tree Demon" shows: Giving is great, the hearers and self-realizers only give enjoyment, but do not give the body, but here the main thing is the practice of giving the body; the mind is great, not only abandoning the misdeeds of body and speech, but also guarding the attachment to the body and the motivation of cherishing oneself, etc., keeping the precepts purely; the power is great, for the benefit of others, there is no discouragement or fear in the practice of the great vehicle path, and rejoicing, entering the supreme great vehicle; donning armor, if self-interest is great, then one will not pursue or despise, not mixed with distracted thoughts, and the one-pointed concentration that cannot be shaken by distractions. How to subdue the illusions of demons? As it is said in the sutra, "With a mind like the sky, well-endowed, one does not crush the cunning army with strength." As it is said, through possessing the wisdom of realizing no self-nature, subduing or destroying all the illusions or miracles of demons, one needs to possess wisdom, that is, the practice of the six perfections. In particular, the head and limbs Giving, and there is no discouraged mind. Giving away all possessions, and constantly without attachment. Understanding that all phenomena are without self-nature and illusory, even giving away one's own flesh, If there is no discouraged mind, then what need is there to mention giving away external objects? If one is stingy, then there is no reason for it. This is how to give the body. And being delighted in giving, constantly giving generously. Thus it is said. The learned Bodhisattva understands the three realms, and gives to all sentient beings, thinking: May I become a giver, thus giving. And for the benefit of beings, dedicating to supreme enlightenment. After giving, not abiding in reality. Thus it is said. That is completely at any time
