Since other viewpoints cannot be established merely through speculation, mind is of utmost importance. When body, speech, and mind separate, the mind goes elsewhere, the body turns into a corpse, and speech vanishes without a trace; therefore, mind is undoubtedly of utmost importance. As for the reason why the three doors are not distinctly different, even in the practice of the generation stage, the three doors are trained as the play of the three vajras of the body, speech, and mind of the deity, thereby purifying and attaining liberation in that state. If the three were distinctly different, then the indestructible vajra of the body and the unceasing vajra of speech would remain, while the mind would go elsewhere, and if the assembly of the three vajras were to separate, wouldn't the deity die? Therefore, the three are not distinctly different, but are decisively unified as one taste. Thus, all three originate from mind, and ultimately resolve into one mind, which is supreme and unsurpassed. Thus it was reported. Furthermore, the Teacher said: King All-Creating, do you have form? If not, then what kind of sentient being's form are you definitely like? Do you have eyes, ears, nose, tongue, and mind? Om. If not, then where are they now? Where are they located? Furthermore, do you have shapes such as round, square, crescent, triangle, polygon, etc.? As for colors, are there white, yellow, red, green, blue, variegated, etc.? If so, please see them with your own eyes and touch them with your hands, and clearly show them to me. If it is certain that there is nothing, then you fall into the extreme of annihilation. Now, all phenomena of samsara and nirvana, pleasure and pain, appearances and grasping of mind, please tell me their meaning. Thus it was said. Again, the Great Empty Infinite One said: O Bhagavan Teacher, I have no form, therefore form is emptiness. Likewise, sound, smell, taste, touch, and all phenomena are also absent, therefore they are also empty. Shape and color are also empty, being emptiness. Eyes, ears, nose, tongue, and mind, all of these are certainly produced from clear and pure wisdom. Not falling into the extreme of annihilation, the transformations of samsara and nirvana appear like a magician and magical illusions, therefore it is certain that the Teacher is only temporarily not ceasing. Thus it was reported. The Bhagavan said: Mind Vajra, you first appeared...

Tell me, what is the source of the arising of mind? Does it arise from the earth? Or does it arise from water and fire? Does it arise from wind and sky? From which of the four directions, the eight intermediate directions, above or below, does it arise? Carefully observe and investigate its place of arising and the one who arises. Similarly, carefully observe and investigate the earth that exists in the middle and the one who exists. If this thing called "mind" exists in the head, then when the foot is pricked by a thorn, there would be no feeling of pain and suffering; if it exists in the foot, then even if the head and other limbs are cut off, there would be no feeling of pain, etc. If it exists in the entire body, then when another's body, utensils, dwelling, possessions, etc., are taken away by others or destroyed by accident, if unbearable regret and suffering arise in the mind, then it must exist there; if it exists internally, then there would be no attachment to external things from within; if it exists externally, then there would be no attachment to the internal body. If it is true that the mind exists in the body now, then where does it exist when the body separates? What does it rely on? Clearly point out the body and form of the one who exists, and the place of existence. Observe the place of existence, the circumstances of the one who exists, and the size of the owner, etc. Observe carefully! Furthermore, one must also investigate the final destination and the one who goes. Observe the mind, the author of all actions, its destination, path, gate, and the manner in which it goes. If you see the destination and the one who goes, please tell me the size, shape, and color of the essence of the one who goes. Vast and boundless emptiness said: "Alas! Teacher, Blessed One, I have no eyes, because I have no eyes, there is no appearance of form; similarly, I have no ears, because I have no ears, there is no appearance of sound; no nose, because no nose, there is no appearance of smell; no tongue, because no tongue, there is no appearance of taste; no body, because no body, there is no appearance of touch. Therefore, since there is no appearance including the five senses, there is no one who arises. If the one who arises is established, then from now on, this thing called mind is not established and does not exist. What exists until now must be able to be identified and have a name. I am an unarisen emptiness, so the source of arising is empty. Searching for the place of arising, it is actually created by myself. Similarly, all appearances of water, fire, wind, sky, etc., are me."
