Destroying the happiness of beings with the weapons of war, now is the time to kill the leaders of war and armed conflict. Those who break vows and hold wrong views attack the Sutra and Tantra teachings, the heretical schools that destroy the Dharma, along with their holders, their factions, and their heretical followers, without delay, now subdue them with power.
