And the exhaustion of the nature of the non-learner, held by knowledge or the nature of the complete path of meditation, because there is no other aspect. Therefore, arising from the remaining path, if the continuum is not completely purified by the transformed one, then what need is there to mention arising from worldly ones? Because there is no conceptualization. That which is called "forest" is a collection of grass. How is the feeling of the mind not a vipāka? If it is only that distracted consciousness, the karmic vipāka is in accordance with it, and it is also called feeling vipāka. How is the feeling of the mind not a vipāka of unwholesome karma? If that is the case, then from "this is" onwards, the four sentences should be understood in detail. Because virtue, non-virtue, and neutral are also called distraction, and distraction is only afflicted. That which is called "manifest danger" is that which has become manifestly harmful. Here, the hell where cries of lamentation are uttered, "ཀྱི་ཧུད་སེམས་" (Tibetan, None, None, Oh my mind!), is taken as an example. It is said that a leader of thieves had five hundred solitary Buddhas killed. That which is called "except for the Buddhas," for the Buddhas, there will be no distraction of mind, gradual passing away, hoarse voice, graying hair, etc., because it is the essence of the vipāka of extremely pure karma. That which is called "undecided because of vipāka," the undecided abides in the nature of vipāka by the power of the noble path. That which is called "because of completely passing beyond the five fears," it is because of completely passing beyond the fears of livelihood and lack of vows, as well as fear in the retinue, death, and the lower realms. That which is called "unbeautiful" is a synonym for not holding afflictions. That which is called "because of knowing the nature of phenomena" appears, wherein the nature of phenomena is that all conditioned things are impermanent, all that is contaminated is suffering, and all phenomena are without self. Therefore, if that is the case, then those who know the nature of phenomena will not have sorrow arise. Deception and

From anger and attachment are born. 'Karma, karma' is the remainder of the phrase. 'Because it arises from deceitful causes' means because it has deceitful causes. In the sutra, 'What is deceit?' It is said to be the view of the sinful. Deceit is explained in terms of view. Therefore, because it arises from that cause, it is said that deceit arises from deception. Because the result is attributed to the cause, the actions of the body are said to be crooked. Furthermore, all the afflictions that anger leaves in one's own and others' minds are called faults. Therefore, whatever actions of the body and so on arise from anger are also called faults, attributing the result to the cause. Attachment is similar to the cause of clinging to phenomena. Therefore, because it is similar in nature, the actions of the body and so on that arise from it should be understood in the same way as before. Among these, non-virtue is black. Since it belongs only to the desire realm, there is no distinction. The virtue of the form realm is white. The virtue belonging to the desire realm is both black and white. 'That which exhausts' means that it exhausts the three aspects of non-virtue and so on. 'Because it is afflicted' means because it is non-virtuous. 'Because the ripening is unpleasant' means because the ripening is not agreeable. 'Because it is unmixed with non-virtue' means because there are no non-virtuous afflictions there. 'Why is that which belongs to the formless realm not explained?' It is virtuous, and it is thought that it is unmixed with non-virtue, just like that which belongs to the form realm. 'Where' is explained extensively. The word 'it is said' indicates the thoughts of others. 'The intermediate existence' means that there is an intermediate existence. 'The existence of birth' is the same. In the formless realms, there is no ripening of the intermediate existence, because there is no intermediate existence there. 'By all three' is explained extensively, because there are no actions of body and speech gathered by the discipline of meditative concentration there. 'It is only explained there' means that wherever the three types of karma ripen and there are two types, it is only there that virtuous karma is explained as white.
