It should be understood as following everything. Why is that? Sons of the Victorious Ones, the manifestation of the body of the Thus-Gone Ones is not understood through one dharma, or one body, or one love, or one field, or one mind, or one action, but it is for the sake of understanding that which follows all. O sons of the Victorious Ones, it is like this: for example, the realm of space follows all, it follows all things with form and without form, but it goes nowhere and comes from nowhere. Why is that? Because space has no body. O sons of the Victorious Ones, similarly, the body of the Thus-Gone Ones also goes everywhere, following all sentient beings, all dharmas, and all fields, but it goes nowhere and comes from nowhere. Why is that? Because the body of the Thus-Gone Ones has no body. However, depending on the consciousness of sentient beings, the form body of the Thus-Gone Ones also appears. O sons of the Victorious Ones, the first gate of entry for a Bodhisattva Mahasattva is to understand the manifestation of the body of the Thus-Gone One, the Arhat, the Perfectly and Fully Awakened Buddha, and so forth. One should observe the thirteen gates of entry as they are taught. The meaning of the words taught in the manifestation of the body of the Thus-Gone Ones has been explained. After that, the meaning of the words spoken by the Thus-Gone Ones will be explained. The term "spoken words" refers to the speech that arises from the blessing of the Dharmakaya, from the two types of Rupakaya, which reveals the three pitakas according to the thoughts of those to be tamed. Therefore, to show this, the Bhagavan said, "Whatever words are spoken by the body of the Thus-Gone One through blessing..." and so on. From here on, it shows the antidote to those who are extremely ignorant of the establishment of the Vinaya Pitaka, without error. Among them, "by the body of the Thus-Gone One through blessing" refers to the Dharma.

The two kinds of image bodies arise from the blessings of the body. The "realm to be tamed" refers to the distinct arising from the naturally abiding realm of sentient beings with lineage, from a distant and pure place. The "realm to be tamed" with the lineage of true practice refers to a near and pure place. "Not yet ripened" means that attachment, hatred, delusion, pride, and so on are too strong, and one does not yet abide in small, medium, or large ripeness. "Causing to ripen" means causing to abide in small, medium, or large ripeness through objects such as ugliness, love, dependent arising, and differentiation of elements. "Ripened" means that after abiding in small, medium, or large ripeness, one can be liberated. "By that object" means by whatever object, such as ugliness, love, dependent arising, or differentiation of elements, that has caused ripening. "Causing to be liberated" means obtaining small, medium, or large liberation through the paths of the three vehicles, according to one's capacity. For example, for trainees who are strongly afflicted by desire, hatred, delusion, pride, and so on, such as Sundarananda, Angulimala, Utpalavarna, Sronakotikarna, King Kapina, and so on, one causes them to ripen through objects such as ugliness, love, dependent arising, and differentiation of elements, and then liberates them by that object. "How many words did you speak?" means that although the branches of speech are limitless, how many disciplinary words of the collection of the Tripitaka did you speak? Manjushri, the words spoken by the Tathagata are these three: the Sutra Pitaka, the Vinaya Pitaka, and the Abhidhamma Pitaka. This also explains that the discipline of collecting the Tripitaka is divided into three types. The names of Sutra, Vinaya, and Abhidhamma

Nga. Whatever is said, whether it be definite words or endless distinctions, it is permissible to say anything, but each word should be understood to encompass the ten kinds of entry. That is, in the Sutra of the Manifestation of the Birth of the Blessed One, it says: "After saying this, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, the glorious one born into the lineage of the Tathagata, said to the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Samantabhadra: 'O sons of the Victorious One, how does the Bodhisattva Mahasattva understand the speech of the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Awakened One?' After saying this, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Samantabhadra said to the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, the glorious one born into the lineage of the Tathagata: 'O sons of the Victorious One, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva understands the speech of the Tathagatas, the Arhats, the Perfectly Awakened Ones, because it pervades the immeasurable mandala of sound, therefore it should be understood as following all. Because it pleases by teaching the Dharma, it should be understood as truly satisfying all sentient beings according to their wishes. Because it makes the mind extremely satisfied, it should be understood as making all the mandalas of retinues happy according to their wishes. Because it does not transcend time, it should be understood as pleasing like the seasons. Because it is like an echo in a valley, it should be understood as constantly without birth or cessation. Because it speaks of the actions accumulated by sentient beings, it should be understood as without a master. Because it is difficult to fathom, it should be understood as having depth. Because it truly understands the realm of Dharma, it should be understood as inexhaustible. Because it truly enters the realm of Dharma, it should be understood as continuous. Because it is utterly ultimate, it should be understood as immovable.' It should be understood in this way. The speech of the Tathagatas is neither with a master nor without a master, neither with discriminating consciousness nor without discriminating consciousness, it should be understood in this way."
