The realm of all places, the realm of all lands, the realm of all worlds, the realm of all fields, the realm of all dharmas, the realm of all sentient beings, the realm of all Buddhas, the realm of indivisible Suchness, the realm of unobstructed Dharmadhatu, the realm of endless Truth, the realm of immeasurable space, The realm of the sphere of Nirvana, and without a realm, being separated from realms, from which the realm of the Tathagata is attained, one should contemplate in this way. The meaning of the words of the Tathagatas' field of activity and the two teachings of the field have been explained. After that, the manifestation of the complete enlightenment of the Tathagatas, the manifestation of the turning of the wheel of Dharma, and the meaning of the words of the three complete Nirvana will be explained. The so-called manifestation of complete enlightenment is the first manifestation of complete enlightenment for the purpose of complete purification. The so-called turning of the wheel of Dharma is the turning of the wheel of Dharma in twelve aspects in the three turns of the four truths because of purity. The so-called great complete Nirvana is the manifestation of the great Nirvana without remainder after the Buddha has performed the deeds of the Buddha, temporarily in a hidden manner. Therefore, from the point of view of showing these three, please ask: What is the complete enlightenment of the Blessed One Tathagata? What is the turning of the wheel of Dharma? What is the great complete Nirvana? How should we know the nature of these? From here on, in order to counteract the extreme ignorance of these three, these three are shown without error. The so-called nature of non-duality, because the Dharmakaya is extremely pure, shows that it is neither the manifestation of complete enlightenment, nor the turning of the wheel of Dharma, nor the great complete Nirvana. The manifestation of complete enlightenment is for the purpose of complete purification, so it is a play, and after purification, it is the Dharma…

and in order to turn the wheel of Dharma, and to demonstrate the great complete nirvana. The phrase "because the emanation body always shows" indicates that it is not the actual realization of enlightenment, nor is it the turning of the wheel of Dharma, nor is it the absence of great complete nirvana. These themselves are the actions of accomplishing deeds. Among them, the Tathagatas show the actual realization of enlightenment, as it is said in the Sutra of the Noble Tathagata's Birth: "The Bodhisattva Mahasattva, the auspicious one born into the lineage of the Tathagata, said to the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Samantabhadra: 'O Noble One, how does the Bodhisattva Mahasattva understand the actual realization of enlightenment of the Tathagata Arhat Samyak-sambuddha?'" After saying this, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Samantabhadra said to the auspicious Bodhisattva Mahasattva born into the lineage of the Tathagata: "O Noble One, here, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, with the equality of various actions for the benefit of sentient beings, understands the non-duality of all dharmas being equal without wavering, thereby understanding the actual realization of enlightenment of the Tathagata. Understanding the absence of characteristics, understanding the absence of cause, understanding the absence of place, understanding the absence of beginning and middle, understanding the infinite Buddhas, understanding the abandonment of having a boundary and not having a boundary and abiding in the middle, understanding the arising of all letters, sounds, and speech, understanding the equality of the minds and actions of all sentient beings, understanding the separate thoughts, faculties, afflictions, habits, predispositions, and nature, thereby completely understanding the actual realization of enlightenment of the Tathagatas." And so on, it should be understood as it is said. The Tathagatas show the turning of the wheel of Dharma, as in the Noble Tathagata

The Passing Away and Arising From the Sutra on the Manifestation of Arising. Having spoken thus, the Bodhisattva-Mahasattva, the glorious one born into the lineage of the Tathagata, said to the Bodhisattva-Mahasattva Samantabhadra: 'O Noble Son, how does a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva comprehend the manifestation of accomplishing the turning of the Wheel of Dharma by the Tathagatas, the Arhats, the Perfectly Awakened Ones?' Having spoken thus, the Bodhisattva-Mahasattva Samantabhadra said to the glorious Bodhisattva-Mahasattva born into the lineage of the Tathagata: 'O Noble Son, here, a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva, by way of constantly arousing, enters into the mind of the Tathagata, and should comprehend the turning of the Wheel of Dharma of manifest accomplishment. Because of being separated from all extremes and views, one should comprehend the turning of the Wheel of Dharma that is completely pure in the three spheres. By following the limit of space, one should comprehend the turning of the Wheel of Dharma that is free from attachment. By way of being inexpressible, without following, and well distinguishing, one should comprehend the turning of the Wheel of Dharma. By the nature of Nirvana, all dharmas are completely pacified, one should comprehend the turning of the Wheel of Dharma of pacification. Because the speech of the Tathagata goes everywhere, by all the actions of letters, sounds, and words, one should comprehend the turning of the Wheel of Dharma. Because it is the nature of the mode of Dharma, one should comprehend the turning of the Wheel of Dharma of the nature of proclaiming resounding sounds. Because past aspirations have been thoroughly purified, from the utterance of a single word, all sounds arise, one should comprehend the turning of the Wheel of Dharma. By way of purifying internally and externally, one should comprehend the turning of the Wheel of Dharma of inexhaustible letters. By following the nature of Dharma, one should comprehend the turning of the Wheel of Dharma that is eternally unborn and unceasing.' As it is said and so forth, one should contemplate it accordingly.
