Ah! If one destroys one in an angry mind, it is like destroying all enemies. To cover this whole earth, where are so many leathers? With the leather of the soles of the feet, it is like covering the whole earth. Therefore, external things, I cannot prevent them one by one. One should prevent one's own mind, what is the use of preventing other things? Whoever does not understand the essence of the Dharma, this secret of the mind, even if one wants happiness, wants to eliminate suffering, one is just wandering around in vain. Therefore, one should grasp well and understand well one's own mind. Apart from the asceticism of guarding the mind, what is the use of more asceticism? Being in the midst of countless evils, one should be like carefully protecting a wound. Even if one is in the midst of evil people, one should always guard the wound of the mind. To always guard the wound of the mind, one must rely on being close to the Guru, and the teachings of the wise, and acting respectfully towards the fortunate ones, remembrance will arise very strongly. Therefore, one should rely on virtuous friends and wise people. Monks should not wander around meaninglessly, they should act like virtuous people. Whatever comes into view, one should be satisfied after seeing it. If necessary, one should also look far away. Once one has decided in one's mind to do something, one should not think about other things, and with a focused mind, one should accomplish that thing. In this way, everything will be successful. Otherwise, neither thing will be successful. Do not be like a dog chasing a small stick, or like a dog between temples, do not do all thoughts. For a long time, having finally obtained leisure, one should repeatedly contemplate. If one is a monk, one should make the attendants, and the gods and humans who come to one's side, do good. If one is a householder, one should discuss with the children, and the wife, parents, relatives and friends, and make them do good. In short, one should perfect the conduct of Bodhi. One cannot employ servants, just as one does not give food, etc. To this body that does not do good, even if one feeds it, it will go elsewhere. Even if one feeds the evil body and clothes it, it is useless, why feed the evil body? If you are not full, I will bury you below. If you are full, I will put you on top. To the Three Jewels, parents, relatives and friends, and those who are kind and unkind

Is a mistake. Deceiving with deceit, theft, robbery, and tricks. Not satisfied, not covered, a special sinful body. In the end, given to worms, to be gnawed away. You were not restored, so you were sent to hell. The sin of killing arises from you. You were not satisfied, so you robbed arrogantly. You send beings to the realm of hungry ghosts. You were not restored, so you are narrow-minded. You did not rely on a virtuous teacher, you did not listen to the Dharma. Therefore, you became a foolish animal. Eternal wandering is your fault. If you were to practice virtue, You would be the lord of a mountain of jewels. Dependent on you, there is the Buddha's Dharma, The fruit is unsurpassed enlightenment, In between, there is also the happiness of the good realms, If you give meaning to emptiness, It is merely a support for coming and going. Regard the body as a boat, Give it its wages, Now let it accomplish its own benefit! Foolish mind, what are you saying? It is you who cling to form. It is you who look at the body. Meaningless knowledge comes from elsewhere. Regarding the sperm and blood produced by the elements, You cling to it as me, You regard them as sons and daughters. Regarding the sperm and blood produced by others' elements, You regard them as others, and give rise to jealousy. Regarding the wealth achieved by sin, You worry about it being taken away by others, and give rise to jealousy. It is like doing meaningless actions. If you know, if there exists something beyond that, The beautiful and auspicious goddess Tara, If you do not know those, what can you do? Now there is no fault. All faults arise from you. If you destroy all the foundations, I will see where you go. If you do not cling to me, I am a servant of the elements. Before you are restored, you seek happiness. Defective you, all your faults, Memory warm, silent, each abiding separately. To you, Is there any tsampa offering left? Furthermore, there are verses: Do it today, do it tomorrow, lazy procrastination, It has been delayed for a long time from the past until now. The lord of death is chasing closely like an enemy and a slave, Is it a nation that should quickly complete its tasks? Even if white hair grows and wrinkles are counted, It is like an ignorant child, If observed by the wise, it is truly pitiful. Furthermore, What has been accumulated for thousands of kalpas, Giving, faith, offering to the Sugatas, etc., All virtuous deeds, Will be destroyed by a single instance of anger. There is no sin greater than hatred, Like patience
