Clouds will not rain. Similarly, wish-fulfilling jewels will also become without milk, trees and bamboos will also have few flowers and fruits, wells, ponds, and pools, etc. will also dry up, and there will be threats of famine and disease, and the country will also be in turmoil. The power of thieves and wild animals will also become rampant. Flies, long-beaked bees, and various bad species will also increase. Know that these phenomena will appear in the fire mandala. The lower body, water deities, as well as aircraft, false deities, obstacles, and hands are the water mandala. This is what the wise men of the treatises say. If an earthquake and the collapse of the sky occur here, and the sun and moon are also close to conjunction, and comets and other inauspicious signs appear, know that the water deity is an auspicious sign for sentient beings.
