is the destroyer. The strong can only be treated. That which arises from pulmonary tuberculosis is similar to it. Thus it is said. As the characteristics previously described, the phlegm arising from a ruptured lung destroys and devastates the body of a weak and exhausted person. For a strong person, it can only be temporarily treated. The phlegm arising from pulmonary tuberculosis is also similar to the phlegm of a ruptured lung. The two, if newly arisen, with help, can be cured. Thus it is said. The phlegm arising from a ruptured lung and pulmonary tuberculosis, both newly arisen and not long afflicted by the disease. If there is medical care, possessing all four means of treatment, if treated properly, it can be cured and healed. Three different causes can be cured. Thus it is said. Among the phlegm, phlegm of different causes, that arising from wind, bile, and phlegm, can be cured. The two combined, if old, age exhausted, can only live. Thus it is said. The phlegm arising from a mixture of two causes can only be treated. It is also said that phlegm can be cured. The phlegm arising from different causes, if arising from an old person, whose age is high and exhausted, can only be temporarily treated. Phlegm carelessly discarded, breath discomfort and exhaustion arise. Hoarseness and other diseases occur, therefore treat quickly. Thus it is said. Because discarding phlegm carelessly without treatment will cause diseases such as difficulty in breathing. Therefore, new phlegm should be treated quickly and treated with medicine and medical means. In the "Collected Essence of the Eight Branches, An Explanation in the Form of Words, Moonlight of Meaning," written by a scholar who loves the moon, the explanation of the third chapter on the location of diseases.
