胆和，黏液身体精华所依，扰乱且火热衰退。名为此。痔疮堵塞下方通道即肛门，向下排泄之风发生逆转，因通道堵塞之故，风亦复逆转。如是逆转，对身体和诸根聚合所住且所依之风与火一同安住，以及遍行和向上行，名为命的一切扰乱且摇动。如是大小便等所依或所住与扰乱且摇动。腹内火热亦衰退，如是连结。之后痔疮病患，大多一切近生起，干瘦且极度不能动，力竭腹弱面色衰，身体松弛无精髓，如虫蛀之木相似，所有邪魔皆侵扰。如前所说之要点，折磨且，痰液干和声音嘶哑，口不知味感冒侵，腰酸腿脚痛且肿，麻木肿胀与瘟疫病，精液耗尽且眼花，结石病所折磨，声音嘶哑萎靡心胸闷，多吐唾液食欲差，所有骨节与心肚脐，肛门和耳脉连带刺痛。肛门出颗粒未熟烂，如精液般之分泌物流，大便干燥粘液亦变稀。熟与未熟之间杂泻，灰白黄和青色之，血与精液杂泻。名为此。之后于青色之状态下，痔疮之病患大多会生起之状态是，干瘦且僵硬，极度说话或非常行动不能且劳累小，衰弱力竭且能力小，腹弱且腰虚，面色衰且面容之颜色不悦意，身体松弛且做事无力，如精髓般坚硬之无有，譬如如虫蛀之木般非常柔软且无精髓。如是邪魔之诸多疾病如前所说之诸般亦会侵扰，如是之前所说之要点折磨且
