That such a disease occurs is due to having done and accumulated karma. Those arising from the combination of these two and from disturbances are said to be incurable. This refers to the causes of harm from the father and mother, and the two previous karmas, and those arising from the disturbance of the combination of disease factors, why are they incurable?
