Return. Because if it is asserted that atoms are permanent, since atoms have no distinction, everything will become beyond the senses, but not for us. The meaning of 'together mutually' is that one helps another. The meaning of 'blue, etc.' is that it indicates the very object of the senses. However, atoms are considered to exist in the divisions of east and west, etc., but they are not indicated by their own nature. Therefore, if asked how these are directly perceived, even if it is said that these things are in the east, west, etc., the absence of harm to direct perception is abbreviated as 'absence of harm to direct perception,' or this is not abbreviated, because there is no harm, so there is no harm, just like mixed drinks, etc., it means that it abides in direct perception. Like this, mixed drinks and, atoms mixed with stones, water, gold, etc., are observed in that way, because different kinds do not constitute things, so there is no part-possessing thing there, and it is also unreasonable to see a combination different from atoms, because the basis is not seen. Where no possessor of combination is seen, there combination is not seen, just like the combination of a meat-eater and a pot, and the mandala of the moon, and the combination of the direction of the sky and the place. Also, where the division of all combinations of the nature of atoms is not seen, how can the combination dependent on it be seen there? If so, if it is not determined in all ways, then how can these reasonably be directly perceived?

It is also like that. If things are experienced by all self-cognizance in an indivisible way, why can't they be determined by all self-cognizance? Therefore, it is said that one's own characteristic is indivisible, etc. What exists on the sense faculty (དབང་པོ།) is the one with sense faculty, which is the meaning of the so-called sense faculty consciousness (དབང་པོའི་ཤེས་པ།). It is not conceptual, that is, non-conceptual, and that is also the one with sense faculty, so connect the words in this way. Therefore, what is to be realized is what is to be realized by the non-conceptual sense faculty consciousness, that is its meaning. What is called determining difference from where, that is, difference from where, that is, different from where. Determining there is determining without doubt. The reasons for this are habituation, closeness, very closeness, and intelligence, etc. Experience alone is not the cause of certainty, but habituation, etc., are also. If it is certain, then wherever these are, certainty will arise there, that is its meaning. All of this is said on the premise that atoms are established and external objects are established by direct perception. According to the view of the Vijnanavada school, the nature of external objects such as blue is not established by direct perception, because even when external objects such as dreams do not exist, such appearances of blue, etc., are seen, so doubt arises. The nature of blue, etc., is also emptiness, and because of the emptiness of the nature of one and many, it is the nature of the appearance of confused consciousness. Atoms are also not established, because they exist in the east and other places, and because of different directional parts, they cannot become one. To this, how can atoms be directly perceived by the nature of blue, etc.? It is also impossible to know the east and other places, because due to the cause of confusion, other things are fabricated, so it can be said in this way. If you think like this, if there is no possessor of limbs, then how can it be determined that many atoms have eye-makers and are of the same taste? Therefore, it is said how burning is produced in the same way, etc., that is, how lamps, etc., are different, but the objects of burning, etc., are uninterruptedly similar.

Because it is weak and arises from elsewhere, just as it is mistaken as one, because many extremely small things are without interval, due to the intellect being mistaken as one, therefore there is no fault. If so, if difference is not observed, then how can the extremely small dust be established by direct perception? It is said, "Non-returning difference," and so on. If, after separating, it is not definitely grasped, if it is not considered direct perception, then, at that time, the difference between the former and latter of candles, etc., is not understood, how can it be seen as direct perception? Even with parts, is there anything that is not grasped by the difference of parts? Similarly, why is it considered direct perception? Therefore, this is uncertain. By "It will become only these," etc., teach other debaters who want to refute. These refer to extremely small dust. That also refers to the extremely small dust that is not understood after being separated, that is also the cause of not grasping blue, etc., belonging to the extremely small dust, because certainty can also arise from others, just as temporarily saying that external objects exist, one should not think that this knowledge has no object, otherwise it will only become the view of the Mind-Only school. The object of form, etc., appearing with a coarse nature, is it one or many? If it is one, is it also composed of parts? Is it not composed? Regarding this, temporarily say that this is not the single essence of both form, etc., because it contradicts direct perception, etc. What is this contradiction? It is said, "The coarse is one nature," and so on. If the coarse is one, then, at that time, if one direction is obscured, everything will be obscured, if one direction turns, everything will turn, because obscuring and not obscuring, turning and not turning, in your view there is no difference. It is also unreasonable for one to have mutually contradictory qualities, because it would be too extreme. In this way, many things will become one, therefore it will be too extreme to arise simultaneously, etc. When one direction is obscured,
