Furthermore, entering (the Dharma) is not like that, because everything would be without distinction. If what is said can produce a special result, then for that reason, entering the treatise that proclaims it is appropriate, as they say. Moreover, those words are also spoken at inappropriate times, because one who wants to enter a treatise should speak of the necessity of abiding in it; showing the necessity to others is not suitable for causing others to enter. The so-called "treatise" refers to words that can show special meanings, not merely to what is said, nor to words that lack the ability to show meaning. Therefore, the necessity that relies on what is said is not what is said. All accomplishments of beings' benefit are preceded by correct knowledge; here, we want to say that it is preceded by the showing of correct knowledge, therefore, the necessity of necessity should be spoken. They say so. This is not relevant, just as showing the necessity of what is said is not appropriate for one who wants to enter a treatise, speaking of the necessity of necessity is also the same. Just as merely what is said, the accomplishment of the treatise, which is merely necessity, is not the treatise, because cause and effect contradict each other. Furthermore, if because of its connection with the treatise, necessity is called a treatise, then merely what is said can also be called that. Just as the substance of cause and effect between the treatise and necessity is the reason for being nearly determined, so too is the substance of the treatise and what is said, the spoken and the speaker of language. If merely being nearly determined does not accomplish the corresponding entry, then entering the treatise that seeks the necessity of necessity is accomplished through the reality of things themselves, like the initial seed that is connected to it through transmission. If what is said is unrelated to the treatise, then how can its result be related to it? This is true, but just as effort is made in the cause of pursuing its activity, so too is it for the lamp that illuminates it. Existing from the cause

In order to enable those who are dedicated to understanding the text to understand, just as the things that need to be clarified prompt people to seek clarifiers, the things that need to be expressed also prompt people to seek expressers. Therefore, the thing itself prompts people to use expressions. In order to express the things that need to be expressed, the two are similar. If merely because things outside the text express the things that need to be expressed, it is prevented, then the necessary things that the text needs to prove will also be prevented. If it is said that even if it is other things, there is its particularity, then it has been shown that this particularity also exists in the things that need to be expressed. Furthermore, if the statement "the body of explanation is two, namely sound and meaning" is reliable, then the necessity of the things to be expressed will also become the necessity of the text itself, because it (the things to be expressed) is a part of the text. The fruit of the hand is not the fruit of the body. If that statement is not reliable, then the statement "merely the things to be expressed are not the text" is irrelevant, and it should be said that "the things to be expressed themselves are not the text." If only that point is prevented, just like saying "merely non-manifestation is not reliable," or like saying "merely the seed cannot produce fruit," if one wants to combine it with other things, then in either way, it cannot prevent the meaning of the previous sentence. Here, for the things that need to be expressed, there will also be no misunderstanding arising from the perspective of general and specific. Therefore, merely because it depends on other things, both will be considered texts, so how can one prevent meaning from being a text? Therefore, if one prevents meaning from being a text, then the statement "the things to be expressed are not the text," because of its logic, will contradict one's own words. We do not have a strong attachment to words. If one wants to prevent the things to be expressed from being a text, then the speech of "ten apples" and so on will also become a text. If it is said that "words that can show special meanings should be called texts," then this has been said before. Although this is logically feasible, this view will also introduce the analysis of things that need to be clarified, thereby preventing the discussion from proceeding. Because if the things that need to be clarified are not necessary, then seeking clarifiers will have no result. The things to be expressed

Showing the necessity is unavoidable. Therefore, achieving the goal of a person is also the necessity of stating, which is not difficult to understand. Like this, entering the treatise and showing its result, otherwise, if it is suspected that it is difficult to understand for the sake of studying the necessity, then this has also been eliminated by the way just said. Therefore, the teacher Dharmottara said that the necessity of the statement has been shown, which is well said. However, the phrase "the very body of the treatise" is flawed, such as saying that "the body of the composition is two, namely sound and meaning." Just as the object of statement of each treatise, from the nature of language, the name of the treatise is not visible. If it is said that merely the object of statement is not a treatise, then because it is difficult to relate to each other, there will never be the name of a treatise. If it is said that in the case of obvious statement it is mixed, although there is, but because its nature is not to achieve the goal of a person, how can the necessity of the statement be shown? Because it is not an external object of statement. If it is said that it is because of clinging to the appearance and the things to be examined as one, then the collection of things itself becomes the name of the treatise. It should also not be said that merely the object of statement is not a treatise. Even if one clings to mixed and separate things as different, the statement is meaningless. The teacher Kamalaśīla said that the words that gather together to show special meaning are the treatise, which is logical. Also, in the explanation of the first chapter, it says, "The wise act of speaking like that, in all the bodies of the treatise, if the contradiction with valid cognition and contradiction is not eliminated," there, the fragment of language itself is expressed by the word body, and the contradiction with valid cognition itself is expressed through the way of the object of statement, such as saying that the word is true or untrue, or that valid cognition is scripture. If this is the case, then the object of statement is not a treatise. Even so, if one first establishes the tenet saying, "First, the necessity of the object of statement should be stated," then at that time it is also not certain. Like this, if the object of statement without necessity is to be realized accordingly, then
