Therefore, here, manifestation itself becomes a valid cognition. Similarly, appearances and discriminations, etc., different appearances are also established by manifestation itself. In that which is self-acting manifestation, there is only the appearance of such an object, and there is no other action of it. However, even so, how can one know its nature, it is only so accumulated, not relying on effort. If it is not possible, because there is no fabrication, the ability to definitely discriminate comes from the realization that precedes it, as has been said. If it is not possible to definitely discriminate, then realization is only not based on it, the nature of momentariness is not an appearance, and it is not established based on the appearance that cannot be definitely discriminated from the appearance itself, so it is established as the sign itself. Therefore, non-existence, etc., are the manifestations of those who fully understand, but not of ordinary people. From where this does not appear, it will not become non-existent, this cannot be promised as non-appearing, what is said is called non-appearing. Regarding this, just as with the consciousness that arises by itself, like the eye, etc., becoming like that itself, it is only knowing the difference, or the subsequent thought also becomes that, what is the general difference is not merely the nature related to the meaning. Therefore, even if the natures are different, it is clear that their own bases are not different. Because it is known as a cow, it is the same basis. Therefore, in other appearances, it is also known as that nature, so it is also known as such there, so it is known as non-different. Therefore, this is how it is held as self, or the imputation of names is done. Such an aspect does not become non-appearing, therefore, from becoming appearance itself, because it does not exist, it is only non-existence. Even if the general is promised, because things are declared to be removed from similar and dissimilar things, so by the power of that fault, the general becoming a thing is also non-existent, what is said is related to those.
