This is not the doctrine, but the means of valid cognition प्रमाण called direct perception. If one does not establish it as that form oneself, then it means that that object is not necessarily required. To show that the certainty arising from the establishment is dependent when unfamiliar, but not on the establishment itself, this is not the action of another. When the form exists, the senses exist, how can one say it is not other? This is called the common cause of all. Even if it exists at that time, it is not the agent of establishment because other means of valid cognition प्रमाण also exist, the form is not like that, that is the meaning. Even if that is different, it means that even if the means of valid cognition प्रमाण are different. No difference refers to that sense faculty. This is called the result of the nature of the means of valid cognition प्रमाण. If it is said that for each result, the senses are also only other, like the form, then, for example, blue and yellow. Since one wants to differentiate the direction of manifestation of the senses, one must seek the difference of form. To show that that itself is an inner component, this is not the direction of manifestation. Even so, in establishing its form, one only puts its form itself in front, not just promising, because this is the occasion to distinguish the inner component from the other part. What is the ultimate difference? It is considered to be the excellent proof of that. That is what is said. For that, just for experience, knowledge with similar nature, etc., is it not inference अनुमान? Direct perception प्रमाण also has more faith in the meaning itself in the form, but inference अनुमान is not contrary to direct perception प्रमाण, if one thinks like this, then, for example, the meaning is the meaning itself of the form. The knowledge of form itself is only direct perception प्रमाण, because it is not hidden, more faith itself is inference अनुमान, because holding its nature is the nature of understanding the meaning, because it has been said like this. What is to be said is to connect the understanding that is the opposite of that. Negating saying that it becomes the nature of matter, but saying the nature of understanding, it means that it is not the nature of matter. Why? Because it is the nature of understanding.

To explain that this is because it has become the nature of color and shape, it is said: It is called "other than form." The statement "it will become non-existent" refers to another situation considering the hidden. Then, eliminating the statement called "hidden," the meaning is "not hidden," which means there is no difference. To explain the difference in the knowledge of the nature of what is not hidden from the meaning, it is said: It is called "if the meaning exists." To explain that even after being separated from that meaning before the function of the senses, it is still the same later, it is said: It is called "not non-abiding." To explain that the fruit of this very meaning is also expressed, it is said: It is called "therefore meaningful." For the same reason, the statement "becoming non-existent" also uses this to exclude non-existence. If, because of following and contradicting, the non-hidden appearances from blue, etc., are different, thinking that this will establish the statement that knowledge has no form, it is said: It is called "not hidden," that is, the blue appearances, etc., that are being experienced are not following and contradicting, but rather the meaning that should be inferred. To explain that the external matter itself is contradictory and conflicting, it is said: It is called "the nature of matter." The term "differences, etc." is an explanation. The term "meaning itself" is a special liking. To explain that experiencing the non-existence of oneself will cause harm, it is said: It is not, because it is an illusion. The term "supreme" is because the conscious one is the nature of knowledge, and inference is also an object of habit, and other understandings are unreasonable. Thinking that because form and hiddenness themselves are mixed, there is no difference, it is said: It is called "however, the form of meaning." Just as seeing an image, seeing is different. To explain that it is mixed and not other, it is said: It is called "even without a face, etc." The term "at all times" explains the certainty of observing together. Formless knowledge is the grasper, and meaning with form is the grasped.
