Someone says, if one rejoices in the ultimate truth, and in reality there is no difference from it, then habituating oneself to it is the best, what difference is there in this? The answer is: "If it is immutable." It means that rejoicing in the ultimate truth is not abandonment, because it is harmless and constantly present. The other case is not so, because it retreats due to harm to the object. That is its meaning. By the same reason, it is shown that the ultimate truth is harmful to sensual pleasures, just like desire and so on. Because it arises from habit, it is without beginning. In order to show that the suffering of conditioned phenomena itself is also desire and so on, it is said "because of what," meaning that happiness itself is not ultimate suffering. "For all itself" refers to the object. "Not dispelling" means that suffering is something that needs to be obtained through effort, while happiness is something that is achieved naturally without effort. "For it" refers to the absence of happiness, because one feels fear due to contradicting desires, and habituating oneself to it is following it. Therefore, because there is no it, there is no habituation to fear. For suffering itself or for what is disliked. Because there is no it, for the so-called suffering, happiness is spoken of as a limb of abandoning the cause of suffering, in short, it is "therefore habituation." An example is given, like attachment to a son, a person who has attachment to an existing son will suffer from losing him, because he is accustomed to being afraid of him. In order to show that if one is not accustomed to him, then the son himself, who is the cause of suffering, is happiness, it is said "if a son is born," meaning that if one wants to destroy suffering, one must destroy happiness. If that is the case, then one should become accustomed to the happiness that has not been abandoned and its cause, not suffering, the answer is: "Constantly with desires, etc." It means, for the sake of suffering, that is, for the sake of changing suffering. "Generating suffering" means showing the suffering of suffering. "Having discrimination" means that it is not for the purpose of dispelling the suffering caused by the happiness that is to be generated.

Here, a worldly example is cited, called a mud puddle. Whatever happiness itself is the purpose of a person, and not something else. Their thought is that happiness can only be obtained by exchanging it with suffering. Therefore, the suffering of hell and so on should not be abandoned either, because they are the cause of obtaining happiness. However, "all happiness" and so on are two verses. Like hell, suffering can also be transformed into happiness, which is related to "serving and other great sufferings." Alternatively, any object of samsara, things that arise and perish, are also aggregates, being of the nature of accumulation, not of a single nature. The objects of terms such as form are nothing other than the collection of atoms, and so on. Therefore, individual atoms are invisible, but the collection is not invisible. Like hairs seen by someone with eye disease, those without eye disease can only see individual hairs. If someone says that yogis can also see individual atoms, so it is similar. If someone says that this is beyond the range of our senses and so on. Then, for someone with eye disease, individual hairs are also beyond the range of the senses, so how can the collection be reversed? At that time, they are not those. If individual atoms beyond the range of the senses are not the author, then how can the substance of the senses be the author? Therefore, this is very unreasonable. This is similar to saying that the perception of a swarm of bees from a distance, etc., how can one perceive the whole if one cannot perceive individual bees? Those with eye disease can only see the general characteristics of the hair, not the individual characteristics. It should not be said that others can see both, because even then, individual hairs are not objects. If someone says that although invisible, they appear because they are close to each other and produce excellent phenomena. Then, the same is true for atoms. What kind of excellence is permanent? This is only temporary, because it is not all cases, so the distinction disappears, and therefore it is unreasonable. If someone says that atoms do not perish because they have no parts, then no.
