It should be understood that the tenet is established by the name of "the other is established by the fruit without confusion." Why is it said that smoke is not confused with fire? The explanation is as follows: There is no other called fire. So what is it? It is the producer of the change of smoke and firewood, in that support of the branch thing, smoke, firewood change branch, in the support, fire exists in the thing, because of the imputation. If it is thought that smoke is the fire of the realm without confusion, therefore it is thought that the smoke born from it is close, then it is not smoke. If so, whatever is born from fire is smoke. If it is said that it is smoke, then why is it thought that it is smoke born from another? At that time, if the meaning of the cause is not separated from the nature of fire, then how can smoke be confused with fire? That is fire, because it is the nature of having smoke and so on. Thus, for the time being, it is the nature of cause and effect that if there is no, it will not arise. Nature, the reason of nature is: oneself as one's own cause, without nature, it will not arise. Thus, for some reasons of nature, it is the cause of establishing pervasiveness, thus, it should be understood that like oneself, those reasons that establish it are the nature of non-existence. Destruction and action, as mentioned above. If so, how to understand the other classifications of the reason of nature, if not, it should be understood that it is the nature of non-existence. If so, then these two relationships are not in life and so on, not understood in that way, such as audibility in general. Those who do not think that it is understandable, and those who think that life and so on are understandable, how audibility is not understandable, life and so on are also like this. Because of seeing similarity. Because of the appearance of similarity, the teacher declared audibility, so it is not reason. These ways of understanding have just been said, such as the life and so on that we have said.
