If the arising of mind is the same, then the later mind does not wish to illuminate the other mind that arose earlier. Why is that? Because it illuminates itself. When the earlier mind arises with its own nature of clarity, then the task is completed. The later one is not an object to be accomplished mutually, nor is it an accomplisher. If that is the case, then how, in reality, does it illuminate the mind from something similar to it? Even so, it has not illuminated any object that has become something else. However, by the very nature of transferring the essence of that object to the mind, it becomes clear. How is it that two minds with the nature of clarity are not objects to be illuminated mutually, nor are they illuminators? For example, lamps. Of the two, one that arises with the nature of clarity, having become clear, even though it has the power to illuminate other clarity, it is not an illuminator, because it is clear itself. If something that does not have the nature of clarity is illuminated by something else that has arisen with the nature of clarity, then at that time, it becomes the object and the illuminator. For example, among a lamp and a vase, only the lamp is not of the nature of clarity, while the vase is the illuminator. Therefore, it is dependent. The dependence of clarity and non-clarity, the difference between the illuminated and the illuminator, in the world, the name is very famous. Are both of the nature of clarity? Neither is of the nature of clarity, therefore it is not acknowledged as the object of the illuminated and the illuminator. If that is the case, then it is not certain that the object experienced by another mind or what is seen in the mind. It is not permissible to definitively say: this object or the object of the mind is seen. The Vaibhashikas say that mind is not directly perceived, and merely by means of the object and the sense faculty, it is not certain that seeing occurs. Therefore, from what does seeing become certain? Is it his, or someone else's? From the expression other than the object, seeing occurs at the time of seeing the object. That is also not other than the mind, meaning that self-awareness has not been realized. If that is the case, then mind and awareness are established by one's own awareness.

In order to accomplish extremely, the teacher Dignāga expounded the science of reasoning, showing it through "From memory also," and so forth. Not only from memory alone, but from wisdom. From memory, self-awareness is established. Thus, whatever is memory, that becomes experience. Wisdom also becomes memory, therefore, because it is something to be remembered, wisdom is experience, just like an object. Thus, when accomplishing, thinking that another knows, another experiences, with this thought it is established, and it is thought to be accomplishment. For a while, the teacher, in order to establish an answer of accomplishment to the one who says this is established, and wanting to answer himself, therefore closely contemplates with "knows," and so forth. If, like the previous knowledge, it is experienced by the knowledge that arises later, if it is promised, then long letters, etc., will not be able to be held. By saying "etc.," it includes short sounds and three measures, etc. Letters will not be able to be held by ear consciousness. Why? Because they cannot stay for a long time. It is said that the time when one subtle particle manifestly mixes is a moment, and the end of the time when many moments have passed is one opening and closing of the eyes, and in just that time, even the smallest letters like A can be established. The ear consciousness, which has letters as its object, is also momentary, so when the letters are established, there is no abiding existence. If it is not that all parts of the letters become the nature of the self-awareness of the experiencing wisdom, then by what means can all of them later generate memory? Because wisdom with and without discrimination cannot hold them simultaneously. If one holds a very small part of a letter, which is destroyed in just a moment, then immediately after that, the knowledge of the part of the letter other than the wisdom that experiences it is certain, and thus it is shown that long letters cannot be held. Thus, for a while, wisdom cannot stay for a long time in a moment, so it cannot hold long things, etc. If it is not a moment, but it can stay for a long time, then when it does not stay, gradually accomplish

It is a concluding word that says the appearance of sound will not remain. There, the appearance is transformed into one that is the very nature of mind, and it will not change according to the order. Even if there is no order, the parts of the letters will not gradually appear, but will appear simultaneously. Because the mind appears simultaneously, the letters have no order. Because there is no order, the letters will not become long, therefore, hearing a loud voice simultaneously will not become a long mind. What is it then? Because in other minds, the other parts of sound, appear continuously in the order of multiple parts. That is also because it is one. The mind does not exist in simultaneous appearance without order, therefore it will not become the mind of long letters. Furthermore, because other and other arise, there is no oneness. How can there be ordered letter parts? Because it only exists for a moment. Such a thing that does not mix with each other will generate a non-sequential mind. Therefore, if you want to generate benefit from it by generating a mind with its own image, then when the parts of the previous letters exist, that is the time of its power. For the power of one, also because all self-nature is accomplished from its power. Therefore, the latter situation does not exist, because what has already been done is not allowed to be done. Even if it arises, it is not a cause because the previous part does not exist in the later time, so from where can multiple generate a non-sequential mind? Although it will change like that, if the parts of the previous letters do not exist for just a moment, then by what means, without approaching each other, the ordered letter parts will not generate a non-sequential mind? What is it then? Because the previous parts of the letters arise, they will remain between the last part of the letters. In that way, if the previous part of the letters remains between the last, if it is not admitted, then the letters A, etc., which are confused by the efforts of the same cause, the previous parts remain, so the later parts of the letters increase, only the sound will change. What is heard will not be the same. However, the loud voice will be heard in order. Furthermore, if the previous letters of the letters
