In that case, such terms do not distinguish any meaning at all. When saying that, I am actually showing the difference in meaning. For example, if there is a dharma that produces fruit, then the cause that can produce it, which is previously existing, is what is shown by the seventh and the fifth. If it exists, then the fruit that exists later is actually shown from the beginning. In this way, the cause and the fruit themselves will not be confused. Such certainty of following does not exist for the body and mind in the womb and so on. Because if there is a prior object of the body, then there is no later object of the mind. The certainty of returning also does not exist. So, for the time being, by the return of one's own body, one cannot know that one's own wisdom has returned, because there is no self in all places. By the return of another's body, to know that the wisdom related to it has returned is also absurd. That also does not exist, because the characteristic of his wisdom becoming an object does not exist, even if the body has returned, there will be doubt about whether the wisdom has returned. If it changes like that, if wisdom changes, why does the body not create its own fruit on that? If you say that if there is no creation, it does not exist, that is not reasonable. So, if what is related to it is established at that time, then at that time it will create. Like this, because there is no certainty of following and returning, the body is not a support. If it does not exist, then preventing it from entering other places itself does not exist, in that case, how can the dead body create fruit? Even if it is related to the body, it is not the fruit of speaking and acting, etc., by wisdom alone. Because there is no fruit, there is no certainty that there is no cause, in that case, the certainty of returning does not exist. So, because the following and returning are not established. Because wisdom is not dependent on the body, the connection of what is whose fruit, etc., is not established. Through the way of relying on the body, sometimes the body of the mind stream also helps, that is absurd. Even so, because it is not established as its immediate cause, the body returns, and the mind stream will not be cut off.

So, what is it like? It's like fire, etc., arising from a vase, etc. For example, for a vase, etc., fire, etc., may be helpful at times, but at other times, merely being helpful, when the fire, etc., disappear, the vase, etc., do not disappear along with it. Such a reason is also uncertain. Furthermore, if the cause of mind is the body, then when it exists in the body that is the cause of the state of the dead, the result of that mind will inevitably cease. The syllogism is: whatever is the cause of something, then that thing will either exist completely, or existing completely will not cease, for example, when its own cause exists or abides completely, a lamp will exist or not cease. Mind is also the cause of the body, which is a reason of nature. In relation to the second to be proven, this is an opposing pervasion. Alternatively, whatever has a collection of causes at some time, then it will exist at that time, for example, a sprout with a collection of causes will exist at some time. When the body in the state of death exists, it is also with a collection of causes, which is a reason of nature. The previous reason is that the living body is the cause of mind, and if it exists, it will change, which is to establish with what is already established. If it is said that the dead body is the result, then as the meaning of the reason of nature, if it is not its cause, then it will not be established. Therefore, breathing out and breathing in are the manifestations of mind. Because they do not exist in the dead body, the second is also not established, so others think. If mind itself is established as the result of breathing out and breathing in, then this can be changed. However, just as mind is not established as the result of the body, so too is the result of breathing out and breathing in. Furthermore, due to the rationality of one's own manifest desire, mind itself is the result of breathing out and breathing in. Why? Because when it exists, that is, when mind exists, breathing out and breathing in will exist, and
