Therefore, the collection of Bangpo is meaningless. Even if it is said, it is acknowledged that the universal self-nature, which does not need clarity, can also be expressed by sound. It is neither equal nor clear. Clarity is what makes it clear. If the universal self-nature can be expressed by sound, then it will not become clear universal. What is to be clarified by clarity itself is not here either. Therefore, it is neither equal nor clear. Therefore, the universal will become those things that are not equal and not clear. Thus, in reality, the relationship of "it is this" depends on the other's self-existence that arises somewhere, or the other's self-existence that is understood through it, if its self-nature can be understood, then, for the time being, the universal is not the other's self-existence that arises in clarity, because it is constant. Nor is it the other's self-existence of understanding, because it is acknowledged that it can be expressed by sound without relying on clarity. Therefore, clarity is not the same as it. Clarity is also not to be clarified, because it itself is acknowledged to be expressible by sound without relying on clarity. Connection, if it is not the other's self-existence that arises and is understood somewhere, then it is not appropriate to directly call it "its" or "to it", such as the snow mountain and the perforator. The universal is the only essence of itself that can be grasped, and it is constant, it is not the other's self-existence clarified by the other's self-existence of arising and understanding, this is the invisibility of negating pervasiveness. If something does not depend on something, but is grasped by wisdom independently, then it is not clarified by it, for example, sound can be expressed independently without relying on appearance. The universal is also grasped by wisdom independently without relying on clarity, this is the invisibility of negating pervasiveness. Therefore, clarity is independent, it is autonomously expressible, but it does not depend on what clarity does. Therefore, it can always be observed, even when clarity exists or does not exist, the universal can be observed, because it is constant. The universal is also always manifest, therefore, even when clarity does not arise and perish, it will appear.

Transformation is that which, for any object, is objective without depending on the benefit produced by anything, and will be objective even in times of existence and non-existence. For example, for things that are objects, like tangibles that do not depend on the benefit produced by appearance. Universals are also objective without depending on the benefit produced by clarity, which is called the reason of self-nature. Whatever exists as the nature of what is cognized will be cognized at that time, such as the generality of the state of breathing itself. For generality, it is also the nature of the object in the previous and subsequent states, which is called the reason of self-nature. Although it changes like that, if it is also said: "It is clear because it is manifest by clarity." From the clarity of the nature of things, what is the manifestation of generality? Why? Because of manifestation. Through the differences of external objects, the clarity of generality itself is manifestation, that is its meaning. Therefore, when clarity has not arisen and is destroyed, because there is no clarity to make it clear, if it is said that it is not clarity, then it is not the nature of the object, so the reason is not established. Even if it is done that way, if it is said that because it is permanent, it is not an object at all times, then it is only answering that fault. The remaining faults are still its state. For this, is this generality able to generate direct perception with its own nature? Or can't it be produced? If it is said that it can, because it will not change from its own nature, it is also able to do so in the previous and subsequent states, if that is the case, then it is not established. If that is the case, then: When knowledge arises for me, Whatever ability is ability. That ability also cannot be non-ability. Because knowledge arises for oneself. If some cannot, When the state of brightness has not arisen and is destroyed. If that is the case, then: Then it is always incompetent. It is generality. Establish the tenet of that itself with "its" etc. The commentary on Pramāṇavārttika, the twenty-third chapter, for the sake of generating knowledge for oneself, the ability or inability of that generality, what exists by nature?
