There is no fault of not changing. Although it changes in that way, if it is similar in meaning, confusion arises. From similar external things, it also shows that there are formations without names and signs. If someone says that for similar things, people fall into the illusion of meaning, if confusion arises from similarity and falls into meaning, then it will never change. If similarity becomes the reason for falling into it, then in meaning, some will fall into confusion, but not always, like sewing. Like this, if a person always falls from sound, even if he only sees the meaning itself, if it is determined that it is not a sign related to the speaker and the listener, he will not fall from the confusion caused by similarity. Furthermore, there will be no confusion in the object either. For example, even if some definite objects of the object have similar meanings, but if someone points out "What you did here is this", then for other objects, for the separately determined meanings, it will not fall from similarity. Similarly, here, for the expression of concepts such as names determined for the speaker and the listener, it is not possible to fall into things such as bottles related to other clearly determined objects. If there is no name etc., and it is not the object to be expressed, but only knowledge, then its meaning is also not what is expressed, then is it the same in not falling into meaning etc.? Knowledge is not the same as what is expressed, and it is also the same in not falling into meaning etc. Why? Because for such concepts, it is not what we expect to fall into meaning from the confusion caused by similarity. So what is it? Because the conceptualization aroused by the sound is essentially confused. Confusion is also caused by experience. The experience related to the form of things, the habitual tendencies instilled by this experience are awakened by the sound, and thus the conceptualization with this form arises, even if it is actually based on its own part, but it is essentially confused, so it appears like clinging to things.

If one clings to the notion that the part of the mind that is apprehended is capable of performing a function, then it would be like entering into a thing, but it is not so. Just as a person with an illusion sees hairnets, etc., due to an internal illusion, but it is not seen as something that actually performs a function, like hair, etc. However, if that is the nature of illusion, then how can it be seen that way? If so, then it is not a fault at all, but it is not so for others. Because the conceptual mind, which has such an appearance that is produced by experiencing something similar to the object that one wants to express with names, etc., is by its very nature an illusion, it is not reasonable to enter into things. Why? Because the mind does not accept it. If it does not accept the conceptual mind that has the appearance of experience, which arises from experiencing something similar to the object, then how can it be determined to perform a function from the thing that has the state that appears to the conceptualization and enter into it? If one thinks that such a fault should not occur and accepts the mind that appears as an external object, then even if one accepts the mind that appears as an external object, one should also accept the nature of the discriminating consciousness that can distinguish the nature of names and signs separately. What is different from the discriminating consciousness is that the formations that do not possess names, etc., are not valid cognitions. The meaning is that there is no valid cognition of the existence of names, etc., that are different from the discriminating consciousness. Why? Because there is no establishment of exclusion. If nothing else appears from the nature of the discriminating consciousness that has the aspect of a thing, then even if there are other causes such as sense faculties, the result, the discriminating consciousness, will not arise dependent on other causes. Therefore, if the thing of another is established, then since names, etc., are established, if the exclusion is not thoroughly established, how can it be called existent? Even if it changes like that, if all knowledge has meaning, then everything that is known a little has meaning, because they themselves are knowledge. This that arises from sound is also knowledge. Therefore, it itself has meaning, but it is not form, etc. Things.
