Although his heart was displeased, he developed great faith in the teachings of the Sugata and felt fear that it might hinder the Dharma. Because his daughters were able to remember their past lives and wanted to leave, he thought that remembering past lives was not good, so he remained silent for a very long time. That man knew that death was inevitable, so he did not completely prevent them from leaving, but expressed his thoughts in some way. Then, those daughters abandoned garlands of flowers, unguents, and ornaments. They wore thin and flowing white clothes, appearing gentle and dignified, like waves in a river moved by the wind, or like clothes covered by moonlight on an autumn night, or like the stars of the seven sages covered by their own rays of light. They gradually went to the cremation ground, where scattered burnt corpses crackled. The smell of the corpses was foul and terrifying. Vultures pecked at human skulls with sharp beaks, splattering brains and pus, and the faces of the corpses were blurred and terrifying. Piles of old, filthy, and discolored bone fragments made the ground rough and difficult to traverse. It was a place that made beings feel disgusted, like the abode of Yama, full of sorrow and discomfort. They went to this tomb of suffering. There, they saw: Vultures intoxicated by the foul smell of human blood and fat, intestines and stomachs swollen, and ugly and terrifying facial organs covering the body. There were also skulls as white as Kunda flowers, always cracked as if smiling. From the hollows of the Nyagrodha tree, various owls emitted the sound of "Hūṃ" (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), frighteningly arriving at the tomb. The flames of the cremation ground crackled, causing fear. Some places were covered with a white network of skulls, making them difficult to pass through. The limbs of insects squeaked and stirred the eardrums. Hundreds and thousands of bees and flies gathered and buzzed. White, red, and moist bones were blown by the wind. The corpse...

The burning flames shine, and demons lie down by the dry tree roots. In some places, human bodies are pierced by spears. The Lord of Death, Yama, is always immersed in joyous feasts, as if entering his nest. In some places, blood and pus drip from the cracks in human skulls. The repulsive liquid is occupied by hordes of greedy flesh-eaters. In some places, there is a crackling sound, and corpses are surrounded by burning flames. From the corpses' bellies, intestines are pulled out and scattered everywhere. Oh, heart soaked in sorrow! There, she is regarded as a woman. The world of existence, flowing and not flowing. Its essence is the mind. The marrow of the hair is rough and red, covered with dust. The eye sockets are hollowed out by the beaks and claws of birds. The secret place is deformed, repulsive, and full of pus. Carefully observe the abandoned woman's body. Sacred conduct momentarily reveals wrinkles. The eyes are long and slender like lotus petals. Clearly gazing at the coffin of the corpse. Without uttering many words. This dwelling, joyful with lime smeared on it. Adorned with bright moonlight. Dwelling while relying on the ugly buttocks. She sleeps in the center of the earth. Sleeping in the coffin of ugly hands. If the sound of thunder frightens you. Accompanied by flames, the ominous exorcism sound. Ascetic mother, why are you not afraid here? This is like your own home, oh moonlight! Walking slowly, carrying the heavy burden of the corpse's lower body. Playing, laughing, and gazing flirtatiously. The merciless birds are now devouring. These beings are wicked and unstable. Why is there ugliness without compassion? You will be abandoned in this graveyard filled with hundreds of corpses. Why abandon your own relatives, friends, and loved ones. Like bees clinging to lotuses. Even though you are afraid of wandering at night. Now you delight in this graveyard full of afflictions. Previously, when looking with beautiful, smooth, slender, and gentle eyes. Those with attachment turn their eyes red and weaken people. That woman with a figure like the goddess of desire, now the birds. Hollow out her eyes, causing suffering, making those with attachment very afraid. Various impure things, within which the invisible life force.
