ང་དང་ལྡན། །སེམས་ཅན་ཀུན་ལ་ཕན་མཛད་པ། །སངས་རྒྱས་འདྲ་བ་གཞན་མེད་དོ། །མདོར་ན་ཡོན་ཏན་དམ་པ་ནི། །ཁྱད་པར་སྣ་ཚོགས་ལྡན་པས་ན། །ཁམས་གསུམ་ན་ནི་སངས་རྒྱས་དང༌། །མཉམ་པ་མེད་པར་གཟུང་བར་གྱིས། །དེ་ཐོས་པ་དང་ཞོ་ཤས་འཚོ་བའི་སྐྱེས་བུ་དེ་དད་པས་བ་སྤུ་ལྡང་ཞིང་ཤིན་ཏུ་རྙེད་པར་དཀའ་བའི་སྤོབས་པ་འཕྲལ་དུ་སྐྱེས་ཏེ། དེས་སྨྲས་པ། དེད་དཔོན་རྣ་ཅན་གྱི་སྲེད་པས་དེ་ལྟ་བུའི་སྦྱིན་ གནས་དམ་པ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་རྣམ་པར་གཟིགས་ལ་མ་ཤའི་སྣུམ་ཁུར་ཅིག་ཕུལ་ནས། སྐད་ཅིག་དེ་ཉིད་ལ་དེད་དཔོན་དེད་བུལ་བ་མེད་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག་ཅེས་དེ་ལྟར་སེམས་ཀྱི་ནོར་བུ་རིན་པོ་ཆེར་གྱུར་པ་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ལས་རྙེད་དེ། ཤིན་ཏུ་ཞན་པ་ལ་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་ཀྱི་རྒྱུར་གྱུར་པའི་སྨོན་ལ་མ་བཏབ་པ་ཡིན་ལ། ང་ཡང་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་བསྐལ་པ་བྱེ་བ་བརྒྱ་སྟོང་དཔག་ཏུ་མེད་པར་ཡང་མི་མཐོང་བ། ཤིན་ཏུ་བལྟ་བར་འོས་པ། བླ་ན་མེད་པ་བསྐལ་པ་བརྒྱ་སྟོང་དཔག་ཏུ་མེད་པར་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་དོན་ལ་ཞུགས་པར་བསགས་པའི་བསོད་ནམས་ཀྱི་ཚོགས་མངའ་བ་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོ་ལས་མི་ལྡོག་པ། འཁོར་བ་དུ་མའི་ཉོན་མོངས་པའི་དུག་ཅན་གྱི་སྦྲུལ་ཆེན་པོས་ཟིན་པའི་དམན་པ་རྣམས་ལ་རྗེས་སུ་ཐུགས་བརྩེ་བ། རྣམ་པར་ལྟུང་པའི་འགྲོ་བ་རྣམས་ལ་ཁྱད་པར་དུ་མཉེན་གཤིན་པ་རྗེས་སུ་མི་སྤོང་བའི་ཉེ་དུ་ཡིན་ལ། ངས་ནི་དུས་དཔག་ཏུ་མེད་པར་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་མ་བསྒྲུབས་པ་ཡིན་ཏེ། ངས་ཞིང་ལས་ཀྱིས་བསྒྲུབས་པའི་འབྲས་ཆན་གྱི་སློང་མོ་ཤིན་ཏུ་ཞན་པ་རྙེད་པ་འདི་ཕུལ་ལ་མཉེས་པར་བྱ་སྟེ། དེའི་ཚེ་གང་གིས་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་མཆོག་ཏུ་འགྱུར་བ་དེ་ལྟ་བུའི་སྨོན་ལམ་གདབ་པར་བྱའོ་སྙམ་པའི་ཡིད་ལ་བརྗོད་པའི་རྗེས་ཐོགས་ཉིད་ལ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་རྣམ་པ་གཟིགས་ཀྱིས་སེམས་དང་སེམས་ཀྱི་རྟོགས་པ་མཁྱེན་ནས་རྫུ་འཕྲུལ་གྱིས་གཤེགས་ཏེ་དེའི་མདུན་དུ་བཞུགས་སོ། །ལས་བྱེད་པའི་སྐྱེས་བུ་དེས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་རྣམ་པར་གཟིགས་སྐུ་བལྟ་བས་ཆོག་མི་ཤེས་པ། གསེར་ཤིན་ཏུ་སྦྱངས་པ་ལྟར་མངོན་པར་མཛེས་པའི་མདངས་དང་ལྡན་པའི་ལྷའི་རིའི་རྩེ་མོ་ལ་ཉི་མ་འཆར་ཀའི་འོད་ཟེར་རྣམ་པར་འབྱུང་བས་མཚམས་སྣང་བར་བྱས་པས་ཤིན་ཏུ་གསལ་བར་བྱས་པ་ལྟ་བུའི་སྐུ་ལ་འོད་དང་ལྡན་པ་མཐོང་ངོ༌། །མཐོང་ནས་ཀྱང་མཆོག་ཏུ་དགའ་བ་དང་ཡིད་བདེ་བ་སྐྱེས་ནས་དད་པའི་

我与您相应。 利益一切有情者， 无有如佛陀般者。 总之殊胜之功德， 以具足种种之差别， 故于三界之中， 应视佛陀为无等伦。 听闻此后，那以糠秕为生的男子，因信心而汗毛竖立，立即生起了极其难得的勇气。他说：‘凭着领航者耳聪的渴求，我将献上如此殊胜的布施处，世尊如来遍观者，一团肉脂油。愿顷刻之间，领航者便能摆脱领航的辛劳。’如此，从如来处获得了这颗如意宝般的心。他并未祈愿将这微薄之物变为享用的因缘。我亦将有幸得见世尊如来应供正等觉，那是百千万亿劫也难得一见的，是极其值得瞻仰的，是无与伦比的。为了所有有情众生的利益，他于百千万亿劫中积累了功德之聚，不离大悲之心。对于被无数轮回的烦恼毒蛇所缠缚的卑劣者，他恒常慈爱关怀。对于堕落的众生，他尤为温顺，是不舍弃的亲友。我于无数时日里未曾积聚资粮，我将献上这以农耕所得的极其微薄的稗子饭食，以令其欢喜。届时，我将立下那能使一切有情众生臻于至上的宏愿。’心中如是思念之后，世尊正等觉遍观者以其智慧洞悉了他的心念，遂以神变降临，安坐于他的面前。那劳作之人见如来遍观者，其身姿令人百看不厌，如精炼之金般显现出无比庄严的光泽，又如旭日初升之光辉照耀在神山之巅，光芒四射，无比明亮。他见此情景，心中生起极大的欢喜和愉悦，

I am in accordance with you. Benefiting all sentient beings, There is no other like the Buddha. In short, the supreme qualities, With various distinctions, Therefore, in the three realms, Regard the Buddha as unparalleled. Having heard this, that man who lived on husks, his hairs stood on end with faith, and immediately arose an extremely rare courage. He said, 'By the desire of the leader with keen ears, I will offer such a supreme place of generosity, the Blessed One, the Tathagata, the All-Seeing One, a lump of meat fat. May the leader be freed from the toil of leadership in an instant.' Thus, from the Tathagata, he obtained this mind like a wish-fulfilling jewel. He did not pray to turn this meager thing into a cause for enjoyment. I will also have the good fortune to see the Blessed One, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Enlightened Buddha, who is not seen even in hundreds of millions of kalpas, who is extremely worthy of being beheld, who is unparalleled. For the benefit of all sentient beings, he has accumulated a collection of merits in hundreds of millions of kalpas, inseparable from great compassion. To the lowly ones who are bound by the poisonous snakes of countless cycles of existence, he constantly shows loving-kindness and care. To the fallen beings, he is especially gentle, an unabandoning friend. I have not accumulated provisions for countless days, I will offer this extremely meager barnyard millet rice, obtained by farming, to please him. At that time, I will make the great vow that will lead all sentient beings to the supreme.' Having thought thus in his heart, the Blessed One, the Perfectly Enlightened Buddha, the All-Seeing One, knowing his thoughts with his wisdom, descended by means of miraculous power and sat before him. That working man saw the Tathagata, the All-Seeing One, whose form was never tiring to behold, appearing with an incomparably majestic radiance like refined gold, and like the rays of the rising sun shining on the peak of a divine mountain, radiating light, incomparably bright. 以极大的力量取了米饭团，献给薄伽梵如来应供正等觉遍观世尊的钵里，以极大的信心向佛足顶礼，开始发愿：以此怙主的福德，从今生开始，愿对一切众生怀有利益之心，成为慈悲的化身。如您具足功德，证得无上菩提，同样我也能圆满菩提，获得无垢清净。如您是全知，如是宣说诸法，如您所证得那样，愿我也能获得全知。如您战胜魔军，转动法轮，同样我也能 निश्चित 胜利，转动法轮。如怙主于轮回的，海洋之岸边度化众生一样，殊胜的能仁，我也要度化众多众生。之后，薄伽梵正等觉佛陀遍观世尊以如雨般的云朵般深沉而清晰的声音说道：具善容颜名为义成的导师，具威力的你将成为导师，于此战胜魔众，从一切恐惧中显现堕落。之后，正等觉佛陀遍观世尊为那位士夫授记无上正等觉，授记完毕后，事情的经过传遍了国王的王宫，传遍了具喜。当具喜国王听到后，亲自前往，以善根的积聚，以欢喜的心情，以盛大的恭敬将那位士夫安置在象背上，带到王宫，放在半个座位上，以一半的王位供养。他说：大国王，我不是为了追求欲望，请允许我出家修持梵行。国王应允后，在那善说之法和律中出家，在那里尽其一生修持梵行，去世 后。

With great force, he took the rice cake and offered it to the Bhagavan Tathagata Arhat Samyak-sambuddha Vipaśyin's alms bowl. With great faith, he prostrated at the feet of the Buddha and began to make aspirations: "By this merit of the protector, from this life onwards, may I have a mind of benefit for all sentient beings, and may I become the embodiment of compassion. Just as you are endowed with qualities and have attained the unsurpassed Bodhi, may I also perfect Bodhi and attain stainless purity. Just as you are omniscient and teach the Dharma as it is, may I also attain omniscience as you have attained it. Just as you have conquered the Maras and turned the wheel of Dharma, may I also certainly conquer and turn the wheel of Dharma. Just as the protector ferries beings across the shore of the ocean of Samsara, may I, the supreme sage, liberate many sentient beings." Then, the Bhagavan Samyak-sambuddha Buddha Vipaśyin spoke with a deep and clear voice like a cloud with rain: "O powerful one, you will become a teacher named Suvarna Siddartha (Good Face Meaning Accomplished), you will be victorious over the hosts of Maras in this world, and you will cause the manifestation of falling from all fears." Then, the Samyak-sambuddha Buddha Vipaśyin prophesied that the man would attain unsurpassed Samyak-sambodhi. After the prophecy was completed, the events spread throughout the king's palace and throughout Nanda (Joyful). When King Nanda heard of it, he went there himself, and with the accumulation of virtuous roots, with a joyful mind, and with great reverence, he placed the man on the back of an elephant, took him to the palace, placed him on half of the seat, and offered him half of the kingdom. He said: "Great King, I am not seeking desires, please allow me to renounce and practice celibacy."
