Although it should not be written, please write it. Receiving alms is not for the sake of fatness, not for the sake of coquetry, nor for the sake of adornment, but merely to maintain this body, to follow the Brahmacharya, and to receive it with such a mind. If abundant food and drink etc. are obtained, they should be offered to the Khenpo and Acharya. They should also know moderation. Do not speak with food in your mouth. Do not put in small or large pieces of food. Do not eat uninvited food. Do not eat garlic. If a patient is allowed by a doctor, he may eat it. As long as the smell has not dissipated, one should stay in a secluded place. Do not walk around in the Sangha wearing shoes. One should know the amount of food. Whatever is left over by the crows, the part that can be pecked with the beak, should be thrown away and then eaten. Do not deliberately leave leftovers of food. If there are no utensils or Sangha, then with parents, relatives, or friends, and with a Shramanera who has precepts, eat in a secluded place. Do not eat with those who have broken their vows. Clean the mouth with pure water, tongue scraper, and tooth wood. Then prostrate to the Khenpo with five limbs and ask for instruction. Khenpo, please listen, I ask to practice reading, reciting, and practicing. Then perform reading and reciting etc. Immediately after eating, praise the merits of the benefactor. After making a sound signal, throw away phlegm etc. Do not do it on the walls, pillars, houses, or other similar places of the Sangha. Holding the two ends and the middle of the lower garment, climb up and down stairs etc., and sleep during the day. Towards the Acharya and Khenpo, keep the perception of mother and father close. Also serve them by washing their feet etc. They should also keep the perception of a son towards him. Also, respectfully like a teacher.

One should attend. Even if one is extremely immoral, one should attend to the Khenpo and Acharya, mother and father, and the sick. One should not prostrate in the dark to the Khenpo and Acharya, etc. Not to the sick. Not to those wearing the same clothes. Not to those living in the house. Not to those who are eating. Not to those with disputes and lawsuits. Not to those who live above the toilet. One should not prostrate to those whose minds are distracted by other things. One should not prostrate even if one becomes like that oneself. If one wants to prostrate, one should say, "Please allow me." If one does not say anything, then prostrate. If one says, "Don't do it again," then don't do it. Having seen merchants who behave the same as the Khenpo and Acharya, one should immediately leave the seat. There are two types of prostration: starting from the heel, and with the five limbs. If one has shaved one's head, then one should prostrate with the five limbs to the Khenpo and Acharya, etc., and to the Bhagavan. If the Khenpo and Acharya, etc., have shaved their heads, then one should prostrate with the five limbs. If a novice and a householder prostrate, then one should say "Arogya." One should not prostrate to a householder. One should not prostrate to other deities. When walking on the road, if one sees the support of other deities, one should recite the verses of the Sugata. After taking water from wells, etc., one should recite the verses related to giving. When residing at the roots of trees and in temples, etc., one should recite the three constant practices. The three constant practices are: paying homage to the Three Jewels, accumulating merit, and things that must be done. After washing one's hands and feet, one should shake the Dharma robes, wipe the shoes, and enter the temple with peaceful conduct. If one yawns, one should cover one's mouth with one's hand or other clothes. Having seen the shadow of a stupa or the shadow of the Sugata's body, one should recite the verses of the temple and circumambulate. One should not fight, one should not incite fighting, and one should not watch. One should not gamble. One should not sit where arguments are taking place.
