Etc., its meaning is not to be careless. Then, how should those who have become the support of those who are to be expelled be treated? The holder of the Sutra Pitaka and others who are the support. It is mentioned in the Sutra: The holder of the Sutra Pitaka, and similarly, the holder of the Vinaya Pitaka, the holder of the Matrika, the learned, those who are the support, should also be expelled. How to expel them? Examine them according to the ritual. It is mentioned in the Sutra: Examine them according to the Vinaya ritual, this is its meaning. "And" means جمع. When the one who acts as the support is abandoned, then the one who acts as the support is liberated, so it should be re-established. If it is not accepted, then there will be a fault, because the ghosts will devour. It is said like this: If those who should be tolerated, and those who have abandoned the reasons, are not accepted? When there is no tolerance, the ghosts will devour, and only faults will arise from the lack of tolerance. Whoever reads Samkhya and other inferior treatises, even a little food will turn into poison. If someone reads Samkhya and other heretical scriptures, then for that inferior Bhikshu, the food of the village or the Sangha will turn into poison, and such people are not allowed to enjoy it publicly. In this way, reciting unsuitable heretical scriptures is forbidden in all cases. Then, how should suitable scriptures be recited? Two parts of the day and night should be devoted to the teachings of the Teacher, and scriptures that are not pleasing to others should be read. The meaning of this sentence is that two parts of the day and night should be focused on the scriptures of the Teacher, the World Honored One, that is, the Buddha's words, not by the inferior, but by other wise people, and the third part should be used to read the excellent scriptures of the heretics. Mentioning excellence is to imply listening and so on. How should the names of the World Honored One and the elders be addressed? First mention the merits, then the name of the Teacher. Just like this, the names of the Teacher, the World Honored One, Shakyamuni, the young Siddhartha, etc., should be called and spoken. How to call them? Just like the merits mentioned earlier,

The so-called "speaking" is to praise merits. If we praise merits with the premise of "what is the first," for example, praising "Buddha Bhagavan, the all-knowing one," etc., we should first praise the merits and then mention the name of Bhagavan, which is an unfinished statement. Precisely for this reason, the name of the Tathagata should not be mentioned in terms of lineage, but rather by first praising the merits, etc. The names of the Lama and Khenpo should not be mentioned. Do not mention the name of the teacher and the words of the teacher without mentioning them. This is a summary statement. With reverence and meaningful words, the name of the Khenpo should be mentioned. This is to mention the name for the sake of meaning, and the name of the Khenpo should be mentioned with words containing reverence, which is a summary statement of mentioning these first. For the elderly, use respectful synonyms. For the elderly, use synonyms such as "respectful." The meaning here is that the name of the elderly should be prefixed before the respectful synonym. For the young, use the synonym "long life." For the young, other names should also be used. How to call it? That is to say, young people should be called by the synonym of "long life." The meaning here is that young people should also be called by words such as "long life," and then mention the name. Therefore, it should be understood that in the terminology of Vinaya, there is an order in calling names, which is an unfinished statement. In the chapter on Bhikshu precepts, this is about the aspect of destroying all precepts, which is the fourteenth fundamental precept. After elaborating in detail like this, it will also be briefly summarized, that is, what is allowed and what is not allowed. The so-called "allowed and not allowed" refers to those things that are not allowed, that is, those things that you should also prohibit and not do. Such things are neither to be accepted nor to be discarded. Why? Because this is in accordance with the Buddha's teachings, the Buddha said
