What is the meaning of "mistaking"? Does it mean that one mistakes the body of an Arhat for a non-Arhat body, and thus has the thought of not being an Arhat? Or does it mean that for the same body, one needs to say that a change has occurred because one mistakenly believes that it lacks the qualities of an Arhat? If so, then this is more serious than mistaking it for someone else's body. If it is not like that, but because there is no merit of an Arhat, then even if one commits an unforgivable crime, it cannot be said to be impossible, because it is still the same body. Failure is difficult for anyone to reverse. Therefore, just as one mistakes a non-virgin, one should also understand mistaking an Arhat for a non-Arhat in the same way. The so-called "killing" means the act of killing. Here, the scripture says, "through the body, or related to the body, or excessive outside, etc." The so-called "death of a person" means the death of the human species. Because the time is not specified, it can be either at that time or at another time. If one dies because of practice, know that it will eventually change. Here, the scripture does not say that it is only at that time, but that if it changes from then on, the Bhikshu will commit a defeat. If it is not at that time, nor from then on, then the Bhikshu will commit a serious offense. Then, this contradicts the scripture of the Fundamental Division, because one person uses hints to indicate that he will die in about ten days, the second person uses hints to indicate that he will die in nine days, until the tenth person uses hints to indicate that he will die on the same day, therefore, the first nine people have grasped what is not the aspect of defeat, and the tenth person has grasped both the aspect of defeat and the non-aspect of defeat, etc., which contradicts the scripture, because here, for the earliest ones, it is impossible for the meaning to be through the practice itself, and it is only possible for the tenth person, and all ten people are included in the non-aspect of defeat. If you ask like this, there is no contradiction, because the practice of the ten people is consistent, and the result is the same. Others say that because the first person has already determined it, for the second person, etc.

This is not considered a defeat, because the first person has already made the limit of life disappear, and the second person, etc., are only doing the same thing. Just as it is said in the explanation of the fundamental difference, when someone has difficulty breathing, the four elements are exhausted, and is in a feeling contrary to the vital point, if he is stabbed with a weapon and dies, it will not constitute a defeat. Because that person was going to die at that moment anyway. But this is not right, because all ten people participated in the same way, so their defeat should be the same. The cessation of breathing is the state of death, so doing anything is meaningless, therefore the guilt is the same. The monk Dharmajoya said that even if only a moment of life remains, the one who kills him will commit a major sin, while the others will commit a minor sin. Furthermore, if someone stabs someone in order to kill him, and then regrets it and tries to make amends, then he will not commit a major sin, because his mind has been condemned and goes against the path of actual action, therefore non-revealing form does not arise. Similarly, the sutra says that if one dies after the intention has changed, there is no fault. If this were not the case, it would contradict the fact that Ajatasatru committed an unpardonable crime, because Ajatasatru had vowed to give a reward if someone told him news of being alive, and died because he heard the sound of a solid material core. But this is not contradictory, because they believe that in the latter case, the effect of the action is small because the circumstances are different. Similarly, the sutra says that the action done in the previous stage has a small effect. For example, the previous stage is a householder, but due to the effect of that action, when becoming a novice monk, etc., whatever path of action is completed. If the Bhikshu vow is completed merely because of the action of the novice monk, the effect is small. If the action done in the previous stage is completed in the later stage, then the effect is small. Similarly, the Vinaya says that one who has not taken full ordination participates in stealing, and if one who has not taken full ordination steals, it is a misdeed.

Etc. If someone who has not taken the Bhikshu vows instigates theft, and if someone who has taken the Bhikshu vows commits theft himself, then it is a major offense, etc. Therefore, exploiting a situation of extreme hatred is considered minor if completed in a state of extreme compassion. Thus, there is no contradiction because King Ajatashatru committed a minor act of immediate retribution. For example, just as a small offense is called a small offense, a minor act of immediate retribution is also called an act of immediate retribution. So, what happens if a weapon is thrown at someone to be killed, and then they die together, or if the killer dies before that? In that case, it will not change in the end, because the appearance of killing does not arise at the stage of birth, but is born into a body of a different kind. Likewise, it is stated in the scripture: 'Together, they died first, because another body has arisen, there is no substance.' Similarly, in the Vinaya Sutra, it is said: 'In other lifetimes, the path of karma is not tiresome.' 'Except for dreams' means abandoning what is dreamed in a dream, that is its meaning. Here, the text says: 'If one relies on the Dharma arising from sexual intercourse.' Because it clings to its own characteristics, it is called Dharma, etc. Therefore, whatever Dharma is mentioned here, it should be understood that the Blessed One said that there is no downfall for sexual intercourse in dreams, etc., because it has no own nature. Furthermore, it is also shown that even though this is not Dharma, it is spoken of in terms of Dharma. Sexual intercourse is not Dharma, but it is shown in terms of Dharma in order to negate sexual intercourse that exists in its own characteristics, that is its meaning. In the Vibhajyavada, it is also said that in order to fully show that it is indeed clinging to its own characteristics, the Dharma spoken until the completion of the Pratimoksha vows is also done in that way. Furthermore, this intention of transformation in the Vinaya is to be accepted, because there is a sign that 'except for dreams, it is a Sanghavasesa offense,' and dreams cannot be expressed in words. So, how can it be reasonable to negate dreams? The vows of Bhikshus and Bhikshunis are characterized by seven abandonments, the Shramanera
