It is like this. What a monk does is also allowed, which means that if a monk allows it, it is only allowed to be burned with fire. Apart from that, what others allow is also considered allowed. Therefore, even if other monks eat it, it shows that it is a transgression. It is also the same in places where it is not allowed, which means that in the residence of monks and near-residents, except for burning with fire, what others allow also shows that it is a transgression. Seven-day juice and naturally grown ones, and those that have not been soaked in cold water, cannot be eaten, which means that if the residue of these is eaten without soaking in cold water, it also shows that it is committing a misdeed. As for alcoholic beverages, it is also not allowed if it is not mixed with this, which means that if alcoholic beverages such as wine are drunk without mixing cold water, it also shows that it is committing a misdeed. It can destroy seeds and growth. Wanting to show the downfall of rebuke, it refers to causing downfall by rebuking twelve kinds of people. Rebuking twelve kinds of people will cause downfall. Who are the twelve kinds of people? They are the near-resident, the food distributor, the provider of porridge, the manager of food, the distributor of anything, the manager of utensils, the manager of clothes, the hider of the summer large cloth, the manager and distributor, and the beautifier. These twelve kinds of people will not only have faults because of small things, but also like distributing rice, etc., it is more faulty than other people appointed by the Sangha. It is also the same even if no help or appointment is given, which means that those who arise from the work of the twelve kinds of people, and those who are not appointed through prayer and two kinds of work, if they are rebuked, it also shows that it will cause faults. If doing so will cause this fault? It is because one hears rebuke for oneself or makes a partial rebuke, which means that one does not flatter those people, and cuts off from flattery, rebukes or reads in vulgar language, or makes a partial rebuke, it will also cause faults. When will it cause a fundamental fault? That is, enumerating will cause a fundamental fault, which means that if one enumerates without concealing and without hiding, even if one has already enumerated, if one rebukes, it will also cause a fundamental fault. In other cases, it is a misdeed, which means that if one does not enumerate like the above, if one rebukes, it shows that it is a misdeed. Even a person who cannot distinguish even a little should not be dispatched, which means that one should not dispatch a person who is unfamiliar with the situation and is cautious to work, and should not...

Verbal transgression. Not appointing an enemy to do one's work means that if one has an enemy and is about to appoint him to do something, one does not appoint him oneself, but conveys and instructs him through others, which is a verbal transgression. Mockery. The transgression of disobeying instructions becomes more apparent, which means showing the characteristics of the first person to be counted. Those who do not listen to advice and are disobedient, and those who deceive in person and mock behind their backs, are not uncounted, but like these people, they are double-tongued and die without being trusted. Among them, not listening to advice means passing the words on to others. Not listening means sighing and not speaking when being advised. The so-called speaker refers to the twelve types of people mentioned above. The so-called prayer means counting the above-mentioned counting through prayer, and recording and determining it. If this is done, how will it lead to the transgression of disobeying instructions? That is, not listening to the words of the monks. It means that if one does not listen to the Dharma teachings of the monks, one will commit a fundamental sin. What kind of thought is this based on? That is, if one does so intentionally. It means that it is not because of absent-mindedness or other reasons, but intentionally disobeying and violating. How does one disobey? That is, saying other things. It means not giving the answer to the advice and question itself, or conveying and saying it in another language. If one remains silent or sighs, one will commit a minor offense. If one says one does not remember, one will also commit a minor offense. Will it be a sin if one does not speak or says other things? That is, if speaking is harmless, there is no sin. It means that for things like bad words, because they are harmful and unpleasant, not speaking or saying other things is not a sin. Therefore, if someone asks if they saw a murder, they answer: I drank water at dusk, my fatigue subsided, and I saw the stars, the sky, and the fingernails. If one truthfully answers that one did not see sentient beings or the murderer, there is no sin. It means that if the murderer is an executioner and people are afraid of him and ask, they also convey and answer in this way, and even if they lie, it is shown to be without sin, that is, speaking will cause harm.
