It also shows that it is okay not to check on something that looks like a small thing. Only a small bowl is innocent, meaning that it is okay to have a slightly smaller bowl to avoid sin. The explanation of the bowl should be abandoned. Now it is to be explained that one should abandon excessively searching for a bowl. That is also because it comes from attachment, so in the general sentence it says, do not be too attached, because a bhikkhu should not make inappropriate attachments because of obtaining. Do not be too attached to utensils, meaning that you should not be too attached to utensils such as robes and bowls. Do not hold on to what you are attached to, meaning that you should not hold on to what you are attached to, but abandon it. If you don't have it, you should also beg for a bowl, meaning that if you don't have it, you should also beg for a bowl and robe. If you search for a bowl in the wrong way, what kind of sin will you commit? It means that if you already have an original bowl and still search for it, you will make a mistake. What kind of bowl do you already have? It means that if it has less than four patches, or is suitable for patching, or can be used even after being patched, if you already have this and still search for a new one, you will make a mistake. If you already have an old bowl, what kind of sin will you commit if you search for it in what way? It means that if you beg and search from lay people and non-relatives, etc., you will make a mistake if you search from these people. Through this, you should also understand other precepts, meaning that the next two are also like this, meaning that the two precepts that appear after this, if you let lay people and non-relatives sew them, you will make a mistake. The difference is that the tailor, the patron, and others, meaning that if the tailor, the patron, and the messenger are all lay people and non-relatives, you will make a mistake. Non-relatives will not commit more serious mistakes than relatives, and what belongs to the path is food and bowls, meaning that it is not allowed to beg for food, etc. from non-relatives, and among those who will not commit more serious mistakes than relatives, except for food and bowls, it is explained that this will not become a complete sin, but will be reduced. At the end of the incidental explanation, the summary and explanation of the continuation of the text is, committed a sin, etc., and from it.

The meaning of "Upa-na" (Tibetan) root is: it is sinful when searching, and it becomes the root when obtained. 'Turning existence into non-existence' means that if you already have the first one, but you are looking for the second one, if the first one is lost or damaged and no longer exists, it shows that you are committing a sin because the first one is gone. 'Using one's own belongings' means that even if you already have the first bowl, but you buy the second one with your own value, it also shows that you are committing a sin. 'These are available' means that the first bowl is gone, and the item that must be found is available, but instead of looking for it with the item, you beg from others, which also shows that you are committing a sin. 'Changing because you want something good' means that changing because you want something good also shows that you are committing a sin. 'Changing from distinction is not sinful' means changing in the ordinary way, not because you want something good. If that special search is held for more than ten days, then on top of the special search, it also becomes the sin of holding. This shows the difference between abandonment and others, 'This is abandoned to the Sangha' means that the specially sought bowl is not abandoned to others, but abandoned to the Sangha. If you find a lot of leftovers, do you abandon them all to the Sangha? 'Among the many, the best of what you want' means that if there are many, offer the best of them to the Sangha. What about the rest? 'Other abandonment' means that the others are also abandoned completely. To whom should it be abandoned? 'To this ordained one' means to abandon it to our ordained ones, even novices. After searching for the bowl, what kind of bowl should be given to that person? 'Give the lowest quality to this one' means to give the lowest quality of all to that person. Even if the one you are looking for is of low quality, give it to him anyway. How do you do that? 'Distribute and degrade' means to distribute to everyone, degrade and spoil it before giving it. Who should do such degrading work? 'By the appointed one' means that it is done by the Bhikshu appointed by the request and the two karmas. This shows the ritual of the work done by the Bhikshu appointed in that way: 'When doing it tomorrow, say it when the Sangha gathers' means these are mixed like Sang (Tibetan).
