Even if it is there, if someone gives extra, let it go into the Sangha's storehouse. If it is urgent, take whatever you want from that storehouse, meaning if these Sanghas are in a hurry, take from that storehouse. This is the separate explanation of abandoning washing. Now, summarizing and showing what comes from the "Abandoning Washing": Feces, urine, liquids, and dirt, etc., are not allowed. Even if forced to wash, one will commit an offense. Mule dung, householder's clothes, pillows, what has been allowed, what has been abandoned, and the Sangha's items are all called "wrong deeds," meaning if entrusting a non-relative Bhikshuni to do these washing etc. works, one will commit a wrong deed. The "Abandoning Washing" is finished. The "Abandoning Washing" is complete. Now, while wanting to show the abandoning of acceptance, it is shown at the same time: Bhikshunis accepting to exchange precious clothes etc., meaning if householders give good and precious clothes to Bhikshunis, not for their own use, but for exchange. Let the Bhikshuni exchange. It means let the Bhikshuni exchange clothes. With what kind of wealth to exchange? With equal or satisfying wealth, meaning giving a corresponding value, or exchanging in a way that satisfies her. How does accepting become abandoning? It means if accepting and taking from the other party, one will commit an offense. Regarding this, the non-relative Bhikshuni and considering it to be there, and the limbs of doubt, have already been shown earlier. How to accept? It means saying "accepted," not through silence or other means than language, but accepting through language. Accepting what with this? It means clothes, not food, drink, or other items. The explanation of all these is that offering clothes to the Sangha is without offense, meaning it shows that accepting the offering of clothes for the Sangha by a non-relative Bhikshuni is without offense. Because it is also good to say, meaning it is without offense to accept what is given by the Bhikshuni because of saying good things such as explaining the excellent Dharma. If giving or showing ordination, meaning if giving or showing ordination, it is without offense to take and accept from the Bhikshuni. It is also okay to put it in front, decide with bets of wealth and faith, and then leave.

It means that if a Bhikshuni gives clothes, a Bhikshu cannot accept them, or if a monk, out of love for me, says, "Please accept this property of mine," and leaves it in front of him like that, it is not a sin to take it. This is the distinction between accepting and abandoning. What arises from the inquiry is shown by things like, "It is obtained when it comes into hand," meaning that wealth is truly obtained when it comes into hand. "Appearing before the eyes is the beginning" refers to the ultimate appearance before the eyes after it has come into hand, so appearing before the eyes is also included in the category of obtaining. "Future commitment is combination" refers to taking clothes from a non-relative Bhikshuni, immediately saying that the land has not been given, and if one promises to give, it shows that it is a combination. The effort of giving clothes etc. is not due to external compulsion, but due to generosity, meaning that because one is able to give generously, and not merely out of courtesy, giving clothes etc. and accepting them is not a sin. "With a contemptuous mind, there is no sin" refers to temporarily despising the clothes of a Bhikshuni as not being a sin. "Forgetting and not giving the price" refers to having given the price, and not having given it until forgetting after taking it away, as not being a sin. This is the inquiry about accepting and abandoning. Accepting and abandoning. Who commits the downfall of begging? Householders belonging to the human realm, who are alive and not relatives, commit the downfall, meaning that taking from these named people will commit the downfall. What is shown to make it easy to understand is: "The following three are also," meaning that the following three, which are suitable for begging, as well as mixed begging, and separately mixed begging, will also become sins like those mentioned above. What kind of begging becomes a sin? "Not clothes that have been robbed, lost, burned, blown away by the wind, or washed away by water," meaning that taking without a reason in these ways will become a sin. How does one commit a sin? "Taking it commits a misdeed," and "Obtaining it is considered fundamental," meaning that taking and carrying away from a relative householder is begging, and committing a misdeed at the time of obtaining it is considered fundamental. What is obtained? It is said to be clothes. What is the measure of that? It is said to be "not small." My
