Even if done, it will become thicker. If it is not done after lifting, it is called "wrongdoing," which means that if the ground is lifted and put down, or if it is lifted with property and put down, it will become wrongdoing. Houses and temples belong to the remainder of the Sangha. Houses and temples are the remainder of the Sangha. Wanting to declare the Sangha's remainder without root means that if a bhikkhu falls, he is also accused of defeat by others, and so on. If it is a bhikkhu and not a novice, even if he falls, if he is accused of not practicing celibacy, etc., it will become a remainder offense. According to the Parivasa, if a fully ordained and non-fallen bhikkhu and bhikkhuni are expelled, a downfall offense will be committed; if a fallen one is expelled, it is called wrongdoing, which should not be associated with this in this case. Even if a fallen one is accused, a downfall offense will be committed. The reason for saying "even the fallen" is to explain that the precepts of bhikkhus and bhikkhunis mentioned below are those who are fully ordained and have not fallen. Here, "not one's own faction" means that from what has been said by those who have realized, what becomes one's own faction is the same name, that is, if one attacks a bhikkhu and a promiser, that is, the Buddha's view, one will fall; if one attacks a bhikkhuni with a different name and a promiser who has joined Devadatta's side, it is called wrongdoing, which should not be associated with this in this case. Even if one accuses those with different names and different promises, one will commit an offense. This is an explanation of "name and promise." In this case of accusation, one's own faction is not a small part of the branch, even if one accuses those with different names and different promises, one will commit a downfall offense. The reason for saying "with falsehood" is that if one speaks untrue falsehoods about what is seen, heard, and suspected, without any basis, one will commit an offense. If one speaks to the accused person himself, will one commit an offense? The answer is that it is okay to speak to anyone, that is, not only to the accused person himself, but to whomever one speaks, one will commit an offense. Is it okay to think whatever one wants? The answer is that because one wants to separate, that is, not just thinking casually, but because one wants to separate him from celibacy and accuse him, one will commit an offense. It is not another root, that is,

It is because there is a root of seeing. If one speaks based on hearing, etc., it is not speaking from that very root, and because of distortion, it becomes slander. If one forgets and says it is non-existent, it is because there was a root of seeing, etc., before. If one starts slandering with the root of forgotten seeing, etc., it is the same as the previous fault, and it becomes slander. From where there is a root, distorting the root and speaking is different from having no root. If one forgets from having, why is seeing not considered a limb? It is for the sake of granting. Even in that matter, it is not that one does not lie. Even if there is already a root of seeing, if one speaks based on hearing and doubt, because of valuing the perception, it will not become a lie. Even if there is a root, if one forgets, because of valuing the perception of slander, it will not become valued. For example, a thing is clearly in front of one's eyes, but one thinks it is not in my heart. When someone asks, one says it is not there, and later it becomes there. Like this, because of valuing the perception, it is the same as not lying. Having no root is the separate explanation of the Sangha remnant offense. Wanting to show the Sangha remnant offense of slandering with untrue facts or slandering with unreal things, that is, lying with words that accuse others, that is, not saying that this and this engage in impure conduct, but relying on unclear places. If one falsely slanders, it becomes a root offense. For example, saying things like seeing the wealth of a rich man and the color of a blue lotus, and also seeing impure conduct. The other limbs of a Bhikshuni slandering with Parajika from degeneration are the same as mentioned above. The Sangha remnant offense of slandering with untrue facts or slandering with unreal things. The two, having no root and slandering with untrue facts, are shown by collecting them together at once from the place of questioning, that is, slandering because there is nothing to point to is a gross offense, etc. If a Bhikshuni slanders a eunuch without gender, or engages in impure conduct, or a Bhikshuni slanders a Bhikshuni eunuch without gender and engages in impure conduct, because there is no place and it is impossible, it becomes a gross offense. This also happens if one does not speak from the door of the mouth and buttocks. It is the same even if one does not speak from the name.
