“胎儿是粗罪”的意思是，为了杀死胎儿，如果母亲喜欢自己的肚子，就像没有杀死胎儿，没有想到没有杀死一样，就像杀死一样，准备杀害，只是有粗罪，但没有杀死，不会变成无罪的。如果承诺后开始杀害，就像不说“杀吧”，也不说“不要杀”一样，没有明确地说。如果心里表现出喜欢杀害的样子，就会变成粗罪。如果说“以你的名义给予死亡的用具”，也是一样，意思是说“你送来了刀剑等死亡的用具”，对于想要死亡的人，准备给予刀剑，不隐瞒，不拐弯抹角，或者只是用话语暗示，即使承诺了，也会变成粗罪。非旁生其他和化身也是一样，意思是杀死非旁生的非人和其他化身，也会变成粗罪。其中，杀死化现为人的，因为有人的意识，所以在实行时是粗罪。杀死时没有罪过。 杀死化现为天神的，如果认为是天神，则有罪过。如果认为是人，则是粗罪。化现为旁生等也是如此。没有询问的允许，不要给病人药，意思是对于应该询问的人，没有询问的允许，不要随便给予药物。应该询问的人是谁呢？意思是应该询问医生和出家比丘，以及依赖他们的人。对于长期生病的人也是一样，因为长期生病的人对疾病和药物有经验，所以要询问。对于年老的、有学识的比丘也是一样，意思是对于这样的人也要询问。对于这些人，可以随便询问吗？意思是“如果上位不在，就问下位”，不是对所有经常提到的人都可以询问，如果上位不在，就依次询问下位。如果想要有益，给予杀生的非药物，不会减少，意思是就像比丘尼将六十个粗俗的男人混合在一起给予一样，认为是堕罪，即使杀害也不会减少，会变成堕罪。不要帮助举起无法承受的重物，意思是不要帮助举起无法承受的重物。像那样完全不能举起吗？

If you show a liking for killing in your heart, it will become a grave offense. Who should be asked? It means that you should ask the doctor and the ordained monks, and those who rely on them. It is the same for those who have been sick for a long time, because those who have been sick for a long time have experience with diseases and medicines, so ask. It is the same for elderly and knowledgeable monks, meaning that you should also ask such people. Can you ask anyone you like? It means, "If the superior is not there, ask the inferior." You cannot ask everyone who is often mentioned. If the superior is not there, ask the inferiors in order. If you want to be helpful, giving non-medicinal substances that kill will not diminish the offense, meaning that just like a nun mixing sixty vulgar men together and giving them, it is considered a defeat, even if they kill, it will not diminish the offense, it will become a defeat. Do not help to lift a load that cannot be carried, meaning do not help to lift a heavy load that cannot be carried. Is it completely impossible to lift like that?
