The so-called "Gopa," as well as "house watcher" and "distributor," refer to the duties of the people mentioned by these names, which should also be assigned. The so-called "wiper," as well as "whose job is to patrol and hide things after eating," means that the wiper should also be appointed. The lower scripture indicates the content of his work. The so-called "water officer" refers to one person who is responsible for distributing water and managing water, and should also be appointed. The so-called "beautifier," as well as "seeing those who have renounced the world using unsightly things, they should be reminded with bells to use beautiful things," for example, when eating, the order of seniority should be followed, the voice should be low, very restrained, covered well, and when prostrating to the stupa, the voice should also be low, etc., means that one should follow the teachings of the beautifier and these methods of beautification. The so-called "bird chaser," as well as "he eats first, and while eating, he holds a bamboo pole to drive away crows, sparrows, pigeons, etc.," means that the bird chaser should be appointed and let him do this kind of work. The so-called "bed maker," as well as "the hired person," as well as "when eating, if there are violations of discipline and situations that need to be observed, they should also be informed," means that the bed maker, the hired person, and the informer should also be appointed. These are the items of the residence. The items of the residence, the content that appears from trivial things, etc., are summarized and explained, for example, the sentence "When prostrating in the dark, say prostration," means that when bowing in the dark, say the word "prostration." When prostrating to others, if there are other people around who should be prostrated to, you should also prostrate, which means that when you go to prostrate to the abbot and some others, if there are other people worthy of prostration next to him, you should also prostrate. The so-called Brahma's prostration refers to what is done here. It means that prostrating backwards in such a seat is also considered a prostration. Do not prostrate to those who have hatred, which means do not bow to those who have hatred. Do not say "Aroga" in response to prostration, and do not prostrate to the deceased, which means that you should use "Aroga" to respond to prostration. If a monk has hatred, it is like being bitten by a highly poisonous snake, even if the enemy dies, you should ask for forgiveness and prostrate. Do not prostrate to untouchables.

O. Do not say "low caste person," do not say "this does not belong to me," and do not say "also a low caste person." There are two kinds of low caste people: one who eats branches and so on, lives in an unclean place, and does those things; the other who eats food and does unclean things. Do not pay homage to a low caste person, do not pay homage to a low caste person, do not greet each other. If you are naked, then here you are like a low caste person, because you are both like low caste people, so do not greet each other. There are two kinds of greetings: a greeting with five fingers together and a greeting that grabs the feet. This shows that there are two forms of greeting. Do not say "May you be well" to a person who yawns, unless it is an old person or a householder. Say "Aroga" to a young person, pay homage to an old person, even if they yawn. Except for the elderly and the sick, do not say "May you be well" to a person who yawns, pay homage to the elderly, say "Aroga" to the young, and if I myself yawn, let others pay homage to me. Do not say "name, lineage, or longevity" to the Tathagata, and even if you say name and lineage, do not say it without honorifics. Do not say this to elders. The reason for doing this is to add the honorifics "Elder" or "Long Life." What was said earlier is not allowed, that is, do not say "Long Life" or "Gautama" to the Tathagata. Even if you say "Shakya" and "Gautama," add honorifics such as "Bhagavan" or "Sugata." Do not call elders without the honorifics "Elder" or "Long Life." This shows that honorifics such as "Elder" or "Long Life" cannot be used for the Bhagavan. The Vinaya Master said that temples should be built in places that are prone to dampness and decay, and should have trees, ponds, and open spaces, as well as things for near use. This means that you should do it according to these places mentioned in the place name of building a temple. No noise, small sound. No dirt, no sound. This means that you should build a temple like this without fault. If the patron entrusts property for the purpose of building a temple and allows it to be used, then it can be used.
