If a monk mixes the property belonging to the monastery with his own, and it is impossible to distinguish which belongs to which deity, then the property of the Three Jewels should be divided equally into three parts and then given away. If someone takes care of the sick, then because he has the right to receive six shares of property, he cannot be blessed by the Sangha. The so-called "superior, middle, and inferior," and "even if there are many, it is common," refers to the fact that among the deceased's property, the superior two shares, the middle two shares, and the inferior two shares, a total of six shares, if someone takes care of the sick, then he has the right to receive these, so the Sangha has no right to bless them, and if there are many people taking care of the sick, then all six shares of property are taken away by them. Therefore, "the sick person gives to the deceased" refers to the fact that for some purpose, after some monks have passed away, the person taking care of the sick has the right to receive six shares of property. The so-called "the deceased's property does not belong to the unsuitable person" refers to the fact that if a layperson or a bhikkhuni takes care of the sick, then he has no right to receive the deceased's property. The so-called "for those who have entered other precepts, it is not that they are not given" refers to the fact that even if the person taking care of the sick has entered other precepts, he will still be given six shares of property. The so-called "this fully ordained person also has the right to receive everything" does not refer to the case of dividing into one-third and two-thirds as will be said below, but refers to the fact that for the deceased's property, those above the Sangha have the same rights. The so-called "should act as the sick person says" refers to the fact that the parts that the sick person has already given and distributed separately, but have not yet been received, should be given to them separately by the later people. The so-called "even at the time of death, the property that is considered to be owned is not entitled" refers to the case of making a will like saying that after I die, these properties should be given to so-and-so, because this is not given at the time of not dying, so it shows that the deceased's will is not valued. The so-called "layperson has the right" refers to the will said by the layperson, which is to show again that the layperson's will is valued. The so-called "after redeeming from the layperson, it should be properly handled according to the situation of the children," and "elephants, mares, donkeys, mules, armor, etc. should be offered to the king," and "gold, silver, etc., as well as what has been done and what has not been done, belong to the three," and "precious stones are also the same," refers to the distribution to children, etc. by a layperson or a rich person at the time of death. All of these should be offered to the Three Jewels and then distributed separately.

These methods of nourishing the body should be followed. Among them, "done" and "not done" refer to what has been processed and what has not. If there are other shares or leftovers besides these, or if there are only pearls, etc., then offer them to the Buddha. That is, if there are many pearls and various treasures, redeem the pearls with other treasures, or if others are more valuable than pearls, or if there is nothing other than pearls, then offer them entirely to the Buddha. Also, large pigments, such as cinnabar and realgar, should also be offered to the Buddha. Mix them and use them to smear the incense room, meaning mix the pearls and those large pigments and smear them with the incense mud of the incense room. If not, use them for the implements of Buddha images, incense rooms, and stupas, meaning that other treasures and implements obtained as the Buddha's property, other than those mentioned above, should be used for the implements referred to by these names. Those belonging to the Dharma are used for writing the Buddha's teachings and the lion throne, meaning that the property belonging to the Dharma, like those mentioned above, indicates that it can be eaten. Vehicles are used for Buddha images, meaning that like horses and carriages, they are used as mounts for Buddha images. Banners and their bamboo poles and their wood are all used for their implements, meaning that banners and the wood of banners, and bamboo poles are also used as implements of banners. Others and weapons belong to the Sangha, meaning that curtain wood that is not the wood of banners, and umbrella handles and other weapons belong to the Sangha. Process them into umbrella handles, needles, and knives, and then distribute them, meaning that like swords and other weapons referred to by these names, do so, and then distribute them to the Sangha. What else belongs to the Sangha, how should it be placed, distributed, and eaten, meaning that other implements owned by the Sangha, other than those mentioned above, whether to be placed, distributed, or eaten, how should it be done. What are the implements that should be done? Fields, houses, trade, mattresses, blacksmiths, as well as weavers and tailors, and potters and carpenters and sewing craftsmen.
