破坏不提供住所的巢穴，以及蚂蚁等微小生物的巢穴，要做不让其筑巢的工作。所谓布施床褥等，就是床褥等乃至衣服也要分给他们。所谓有就多分，就是大概有的话也多分给他们。所谓粗糙的坐垫也要分，就是粗糙的坐垫以上也要分给他们。所谓垫子也是，就是垫子以上也要分给他们。僧团检查床褥，对于做不净行不合适的沙弥，谁也不给，就是对于做下等事的沙弥，安置床褥是次要的，不仅如此，堪布和阿阇黎等谁也不要给僧团的床褥。对于比丘尼也是如此。在寺院的边缘安置住所，床具也要是残破和低劣的，就是即使比丘尼总是住在岩洞里，也不要让僧团使用低劣的床具，要像这样去做。你们谁也不要在没有垫子的情况下使用僧团的床褥，不要用粗糙的垫子，不要用肮脏的垫子，要这样告诫。半月半月地清洗，如果不如法行事，就要从住所驱逐，并夺取住所，以及对于僧团的其他人，就是安置床褥的人，不要在没有垫子的情况下使用，像用粗糙的材料做垫子一样，不要做粗糙的垫子和肮脏的垫子，要向僧团提供好的东西，半月半月地清洗，如果不如法居住，就要从住所驱逐并夺取，如果不如法居住，就要从僧团中驱逐并夺取。某某施主，某某侍者，某某居住地和某某村庄，明天僧团要进入夏季安居，要这样告知，就是进入安居的前一天，要向僧团告知这些被提及的名字。不要产生后悔，要消除后悔，以及其他痛苦和执着，快乐和喜悦，要生起并守护，要像梵行一样行事，希望成为疾病的侍者，以及住所和居住地以及食物和药物等。

Destroy the nests that do not provide shelter, and the nests of small creatures such as ants, do the work of not letting them build nests. What is meant by giving bedding, etc., is that bedding, etc., even clothes, should be distributed to them. What is meant by 'if there is, give more,' is that if there is, give more to them. What is meant by 'even rough cushions should be distributed' is that even rough cushions and above should be distributed to them. What is meant by 'even mats too' is that even mats and above should be distributed to them. The Sangha examines the bedding, and no one should give it to a novice who is doing impure deeds and is not suitable, that is, for a novice who is doing inferior things, placing bedding is secondary, not only that, but no one, including the Khenpo and Acharya, should give the Sangha's bedding. It is the same for nuns. Place the residence on the edge of the monastery, and the bedding should also be broken and inferior, that is, even if the nuns always live in caves, do not let the Sangha use inferior bedding, do it like this. None of you should use the Sangha's bedding without a mat, do not use rough mats, do not use dirty mats, you should admonish like this. Wash every half month, and if you act improperly, you must be expelled from the residence and the residence must be taken away, and for the other members of the Sangha, that is, the person who places the bedding, do not use it without a mat, like making a mat with rough materials, do not make rough mats and dirty mats, you must provide good things to the Sangha, wash every half month, if you do not live according to the Dharma, you must be expelled from the residence and taken away, if you do not live according to the Dharma, you must be expelled from the Sangha and taken away. So-and-so benefactor, so-and-so attendant, so-and-so residence and so-and-so village, tomorrow the Sangha will enter the summer retreat, you must inform like this, that is, the day before entering the retreat, you must inform the Sangha of these mentioned names. Do not generate regret, eliminate regret, and other suffering and attachment, happiness and joy, generate and protect, act like Brahmacharya, hope to become a servant of disease, and residence and dwelling place and food and medicine, etc.
