It belongs to the assembly. Now, it explains how the assembly's Uposatha should be conducted: The so-called "recitation of the Pratimoksha for the half-monthly and fifteenth Uposatha" refers to the Uposatha where the Pratimoksha is recited every half-month. If (the precepts) arise naturally, it is not that it is not established, because when the precepts arise naturally, the natural arising of the precepts themselves becomes the Uposatha, so there is no need to perform a separate Uposatha. The so-called "firstly begin with supplication and exhortation" means that firstly the Sangha should be made aware that we have performed the Uposatha. Whoever has committed an offense should confess. Those who have not committed an offense should remain silent. If you do not speak, I will consider you pure. After such exhortations, one should begin to recite the Pratimoksha. The so-called "proclaiming the nidana, it is accomplished by stating the words" means the nidana, that is, do not investigate 'Is there an offense? Listen,' etc., just proclaim the nidana itself. The so-called "supplication is also the same" means that the exhortation to the Sangha is also the same as before, it is accomplished by stating the words. The so-called "the rest, even if you exhort 'listen' it is also okay" means that apart from the nidana etc., the rest such as the four root downfalls, even if you investigate 'Is there an offense? Listen,' it is just in vain. The so-called "if it belongs to a category, then repentance should be completed" means that whichever of the five types of offenses has been committed, as long as some of the words are spoken, one should repent, and finally complete the repentance. The so-called "if it touches the root, then it should be ended" means that the three root offenses of the Pratimoksha, before this, one cannot say 'listen' etc., but should end at the end. Here, the so-called "at the time of the half-month, one should contemplate the precepts" means that at the time of the half-month, one should remember one's own offenses. The so-called "from the beginning of not assembling" means that before the Sangha has assembled, one should proceed as before. The so-called "whenever, if one is certain of an offense, one should repent and then assemble" means that whatever one does, as long as one realizes that one has committed an offense, one should repent and bless, and then one can assemble in the Sangha. The so-called "if one remembers or has doubts, one should request blessings from those present" means that after assembling in the Sangha, if one clearly remembers or has doubts about having committed an offense, one should request blessings from the Bhikshus present.

That which is called "mind as teeth" means: Because of reciting the Pratimoksha, if you remember it in this way, then contemplate it again and again, and pray for blessings. On the fifteenth day, if you know that you do not possess (purity), then you should squeeze, subdue, and straighten your mind, which means that the Sangha collectively scolds, and if only you are pure, then you should squeeze and subdue the minds of yourself and those close to you. How to squeeze and subdue the mind? Say, "What would happen if the venerable one, so-and-so, did such things? Would there be sin?" If they say, "There is sin," then say, "The venerable one also did these things, didn't the venerable one have sin?" If they say, "The venerable one only did small things, and the Sangha also did them," then say, "The venerable one only did what the Sangha is doing, you should squeeze the sin according to the Dharma, and let the mothers repent with tears in their eyes," which means to squeeze by thinking of ways like this. If you feel that you cannot do these, then do not say it, which means that if you feel that you cannot do as mentioned before, then put it aside. If the Sangha as a whole scolds, how to practice the Uposatha? If on the fifteenth day, you know that everyone has made mistakes, or if you doubt, then say, "For our correction, please go to another place to receive confession, and stop practicing," which means to let some monks leave like that, and if they come back again, then everyone come. If it doesn't work, then you should pray for blessings, which means that if it doesn't work to do as mentioned before, then don't forget to pray for blessings. Even if there are only four or less people, the affairs of the monastery must be done, which means that even if there are only four or less people, about three people, you must do the sweeping of the monastery and the things to be said below. How to sweep? That is, do not throw away the cushions, etc., wipe the old wipes with new ones, and arrange the silk cushions and cushions, light the lamps, teach the Dharma, increase the light, and look in all directions. If you see a monk coming, say, "Venerable ones, our Sangha is holding the fifteenth day Uposatha, please come quickly," which means that if you see a monk coming from afar, say it like this. If there are less than four people, then...
