Teaching (others), reciting together, speaking the guru's Dharma from non-bhikshus, and dedicating offerings to oneself, etc.; despising the training; performing divination and branch divination; despising words; giving (property) and showing it to bhikshunis; scolding for a small amount of food; giving and making Dharma robes; traveling with bhikshunis on roads and boats; dwelling in secluded places; eating invited food; eating two kinds of food in a common place; (acting as) two kinds of matchmakers, watching wars and threatening; hiding items; giving and then demanding them back; scolding; associating with thieves, etc., these will also not purify sins. Regarding "eunuchs and hermaphrodites are also the same," it means that eunuchs and hermaphrodites are also shown to be like the aforementioned loss of self-nature. For others, their bodies are like corpses, and their minds appear like the training. If (someone) begs for clothes in the homes of eunuchs and hermaphrodites, or they sew clothes, or (someone) resides and stands in their matchmaker's place, or beats and harms them, or sleeps together in their homes, or associates together, etc., these will also not purify sins. Regarding "touching is like valuing," it means not valuing, but speaking and doing obscene words, etc., this will not purify sins, touching is not valuing, because if one touches fainting and other states, one can touch comfort, therefore, in order to eliminate doubts about the purification of sins, it is explained that touching non-valued things also needs to be avoided. Regarding "outsider renunciates, and the unborn and the degenerated are half of householders," it means that for non-our renunciates and our renunciates, the unborn and the degenerated are shown to be half of householders. Begging for clothes from these people, or are these people patrons, messengers, and attendants? Have they eaten two kinds of food in a commonly valued place, or have they engaged in profit sharing and trade with them, or have they taken more than two or three bowls, or have they resided and stood in the matchmaker's place, or have they distributed food in their homes, etc., it is explained that these will become misdeeds. Regarding "those who have not degenerated from bhikshu vows are the 'oh' of bhikshus and bhikshunis," it means relying on bhikshus and bhikshunis to learn.

The established precepts are for novices and nuns, and they have also received the full ordination. Moreover, they have not deviated from the nature of a monk, and if the precepts are not violated, then they can serve as the basis for the precepts. This is what is being taught. Those who have not received full ordination, and those who have violated the precepts, such as sending clothes to be washed, or taking clothes from them, or giving and then taking back, or calling out due to faults, or sowing discord and causing aversion, or engaging in misconduct, or teaching Dharma that is inferior to others, or accusing them of dedicating their gains to impure purposes, or belittling their precepts, and inflicting punishment and favoritism, or belittling words, or disrespectfully spreading bedding in their monasteries, or expelling monks from their monasteries in the Sangha's monastery, and sitting with feet raised on the moon throne, or teaching Dharma to nuns, accusing them of teaching for a small amount of food, or giving and making Dharma robes, or traveling together on roads and boats, or dwelling in secluded places and causing them to engage in sexual activity, and beating and scolding, or concealing misconduct, or fasting, or taking back faith, or accusing of doubt, or making "嘎嘎" sounds, or threatening, or hiding utensils, or giving and then forcibly taking back, or accusing, or not listening when the precepts are shown, or not paying attention to those who pacify disputes, and begging for alms in villages and entertaining guests, if they eat without stopping, then even if they act in this way, it will not become a pacification of sins. The name and promise are accomplished in one's own party. This means that those who have the same name and have become the party of promise become the basis of learning from their respective retinues or parties, and not from outside of them. This is what is being taught, that is, speaking due to faults, and sowing discord and causing aversion, and reciting together, and recounting misconduct, and accusing of making impure dedications, and expelling and belittling the precepts, and walking disrespectfully spreading bedding, and sitting with feet raised on the throne of high position, and giving and making Dharma robes, and beating and scolding, and so on. Outside of those who belong to them, householders have the mark of writing. This means that the precepts established based on monks and nuns, if practiced and accomplished by householders, also have a share of sins.
