Regarding teaching the precepts, such as "Do not directly wear a worn-out lower garment" and "Do not go to the house of a covetous layman," it means do not wear a torn or pleated lower garment, and do not go to the house of a dirty layman. "The oh of a Bhikshu" means do not sit on a layman's cushion with the weight of your body, and do not urinate or defecate on the green grass. Apart from these two, all others should be learned in common. These are the precepts. The Bhikshuni's Pratimoksha Sutra ends here. The text says, "From the questions, there are the characteristics of individually determined offenses and the common characteristics of universally existing offenses." Individually determined offenses refer to the Parajikas, etc., which have been explained separately above. The common characteristics of universally existing offenses are mostly derived from the Pratimoksha Sutra, which are summarized and explained here. Among them, those who are broken and those who have not arisen, associated with offenses, are called Dushkrta. It means that the nature of a Bhikshu is broken and cannot be repaired, and in this life, the noble path can hardly arise, and it arises from liberation, because the side of afflictions wins, so it is called Parajika. The broken and the cause of conditions, causing the nature of Shramanera and Bhikshu to not arise, these two are associated with offenses such as Parajika, so they are considered Dushkrta. Why is this so? Because even if broken, one has received the full ordination, so the offenses will become the same as other Bhikshus, losing this possibility, so it is not allowed, and from the beginning, the precepts have not arisen, so even if associated with Dushkrta, it seems impossible to establish. However, because one has promised to renounce and abandoned the signs of a layman, it is neither with precepts nor without precepts, so these two situations are considered Dushkrta. If the offenses committed by those who have not arisen are also considered Dushkrta, then like a layman, from the beginning, the precepts have arisen, why are the offenses committed not considered Dushkrta? Because the layman has promised to renounce. If one accepts with characteristics, then the offense of promising to renounce should also be considered an offense, in response to this, one should not now admit that one is a fully ordained person or a renunciate. That's all.

Even if promised, it is not permissible to have precepts, nor is it permissible not to have precepts, It is not in between. Because it belongs to the category of "non-merit mostly increases." To establish faults as offenses due to destruction and non-arising, it is also stated in the scriptures that offenses are committed by those who reside in a thief's place, are expelled from the beginning, and deceive eunuchs and nuns. It is also an offense for an ordained person who has not taken full ordination to transgress what has been taken, meaning that an ordained person who has not taken full ordination, a novice monk, a novice nun, and a fully ordained nun themselves transgress the precepts, which is also an offense. If one transgresses what one has taken oneself, what happens if one transgresses what belongs to that aspect? That aspect is the meaning of "mind's oh," that is, killing them, etc., is not directly taken as a precept, but transgressing what belongs to that aspect, that is, violating the vow not to do it in mind, is shown as an offense committed because of this. So, what belongs to that aspect and what does not belong to that aspect? "Holding clothes, touching fire, abandoning and eating again, destroying seeds, discarding impurities in blue places, climbing trees is for the female student, the two novices touch jewels, placing food and not giving or receiving, damaging the ground and birth and others, briefly summarizing what is taken is not included. Staying together during the summer retreat, etc., the arising of the Uposatha is done at the same time, these are the aspects taken by them, signs and begging and containers, enjoyment and play and desire and harm, dwelling disrespectfully and impurely are their own." These are the ones. Regarding this, explaining the verses that are summarized, "holding" refers to holding the increased clothes and the bowl. "Related" refers to the Dharma garment. "Touching fire" refers to the actual object. Abandoning and eating again refers to abandoning after being forbidden to eat and then eating again. "Destroying seeds" refers to destroying seeds and fruits, etc., that have not been ritually performed. "Discarding impurities in blue places" refers to the actual object. "Climbing trees" refers to climbing higher than anyone else. Female student, refers to the precepts of the female student mentioned above.
