If it suddenly descends, and later requests to be ordained, ask whether to abandon the fault of having no fundamental offense. If it is said that the fault is not abandoned, it indicates that one should not be ordained, nor should one receive the full ordination. If he has received the full ordination, then is it necessary to return to lay life after having his hair shaved before? The similarity is that he has received the full ordination, because the very act of receiving the full ordination indicates that he has returned to lay life and shaved his hair. If he has already received the full ordination and does not abandon that mark, what should be done? Even if he does not listen after receiving the full ordination, he should still have his hair shaved, which indicates that even if he has received the full ordination, if he does not abandon the previous fault, he should still perform the ritual of shaving his hair. When performing the ritual of shaving hair, if he says that the person cannot be tamed and has not seen any transgression, what will happen? If he says he has not seen it, but if he lies, then it is a transgression. Because even with vows, it is not beautiful, the Blessed One showed the prohibition: "Handicapped and foot crippled, fingers like snake heads, crooked necks, no lips, defective limbs, very old and very young, leprosy and old blind, hunchbacks, short people, those with goiters and mutes, deaf, cross-eyed, swollen feet, exhausted, weary from carrying burdens, anyone weary from the road, gray hair, disheveled hair, such people, the great sage forbade. The perfectly enlightened one fully knows, speaks with the true name, only the beautiful can be ordained, only the completely pure can receive full ordination." These are all those whom the Blessed One said should not be ordained. The collection of things pertaining to ordination is complete. Thus, because it shows the things of ordination, it also incidentally shows the situations arising from trivial matters and so on. The king's minister named Krid, if he comes to be ordained, ask whether he is the king's minister, and if so, it indicates that matters such as not being ordained should be included in Krid's calculations. Is the ritual for the king's minister prohibited from being ordained? In order to show the difference, it is said that it is without the king's permission and not far from the country, that is, without the king's permission and close to the king. The king's command

It is not right to despise. Furthermore, the method of calculating criminals is: a person called 'criminal mark' is someone who is known as a thief. In some places, if a person is not known as a thief, there is no problem even if they are ordained. Furthermore, those who should not be ordained include: the oppressed, the outcasts, those with birthmarks, and similar people. The 'similar people' here refer to hunters and butchers, etc. It has already been mentioned that those with physical defects should not be ordained, but to further illustrate, examples such as having a short arm are just examples. When mentioning the things that can be ordained above, mentioning things like having a short arm as examples of obstacles, it is not just referring to those, but rather examples or similar situations of those mentioned below. So, what are these? Lion's hair and yellow, blue hair, as well as white hair, elephant hair, and the absence of hair. Also, Shangshang heads, big heads, and heads that are flattened. Pig heads, donkey heads, two heads, and no heads. Horse ears, elephant ears, cow ears, monkey ears, as well as pig ears, donkey ears, one ear, and no ears. Red eyes, big eyes, eyes that are hot and very yellow. Cyan eyes, bubble eyes, one eye, and no eyes. Horse noses, elephant noses, cow noses, monkey noses, as well as pig noses, donkey noses, one nose, and no nose. Horse knees, elephant knees, cow knees, monkey knees, as well as donkey and pig knees, one knee, and no knees. Horse teeth, elephant teeth, cow teeth, monkey teeth, as well as pig teeth, donkey teeth, one tooth, and no teeth. Long necks, no necks, and shoulders and eyes that are very crooked. Leprosy, dwarfism, as well as big testicles, one testicle, and no testicles. Very long, very short, as well as very thin, very weak, and the four skin colors being inconsistent. These indicate that if a person has the above-mentioned physical defects, they should not be allowed to be ordained. The 'lion's hair' here refers to hair that is like blue hair, hanging down like willow branches. Yellow, blue, and white refer to the natural state. 'Elephant hair' refers to each strand of hair being very thin, a little on this side and a little on that side. 'Very thick' refers to not being felt, being pressed down by flesh. 'Flattened' refers to being flat like being crushed by a rice milling tool, the body or head being flat.
