Regarding those such as Gtsug dga' mo and sbom dga' mo, sisters, knowing that which bhikshuni elders have done the act of expelling you, do not say that they act out of desire, do not say that they act out of hatred, do not say that they act out of ignorance, do not say that they act out of fear. To the bhikshunis also, say this: "Here some bhikshunis act out of desire, act out of hatred, act out of ignorance, act out of fear. Therefore, only because of similar acts of falling, some bhikshunis are expelled, and some are not expelled." Do not say this. Why? Because those bhikshunis do not act out of desire, do not act out of hatred, do not act out of ignorance, do not act out of fear. But these noble mothers themselves are those who destroy families and practice all sinful dharmas. You yourselves have seen, heard, and fully understood that they destroy families, you have also seen, heard, and fully understood that they practice sin. Noble mothers, please abandon this way of speaking, which is "acting out of desire," and the ways of speaking which are "acting out of hatred," "acting out of ignorance," and "acting out of fear." If through supplication and the four karmas, admonishment is made, then, to those noble mothers who tolerate the supplication and four karmas of admonishment to bhikshunis such as Dga' mo, nye dga' mo, gtsug dga' mo, and sbom dga' mo, do not say anything. To those who do not tolerate, speak out. This is the first karma statement. Similarly, repeat twice, three times. If the noble sangha tolerates and allows, then the sangha performs the supplication and four karmas of admonishment to bhikshunis Dga' mo, nye dga' mo, gtsug dga' mo, and sbom dga' mo. Like this, because no one speaks, it is taken that things are as they are. This is the admonishment ritual and karma for preventing the destruction of families. From the case of the remaining sangha being displeased, in order to prevent displeasure, admonishment should be done. Saying this, it should be done like this: This is for the case of some bhikshunis becoming of an unpleasant nature, the bhikshunis should admonish them.
