The supernatural power of the feet, possessed by the practice of becoming the lord, that is, the soles of the feet of the four supernatural feet are perfectly and excellently established. The four objects of collection are generosity, kind speech, beneficial action, and acting in accordance with the Dharma. He has been accustomed to these for a long time. The four fearlessnesses are: 'How wonderful, when I attain complete and perfect enlightenment,' up to 'Shall I truly proclaim the lion's roar to the assembly?' How wonderful, when I have exhausted the outflows, and 'Whatever path of definite emergence I have shown, whatever obstructing dharmas I have shown,' and there, I have not seen any reason why anyone should truly dispute with me, without confusion, abiding in fearlessness, up to 'I shall proclaim the lion's roar to the assembly.' The five branches are desire, malice, sleep and drowsiness, excitement, regret, and doubt, etc. Abandoning these five branches that are the cause of existence is abandonment. The five streams are hell, animals, hungry ghosts, gods, and humans. Not truly entering into them again is extreme transcendence. Possessing six qualities are: the realm of supernatural power, the divine ear, the enumeration of minds, the recollection of past lives, death and rebirth, and the fame of having exhausted the outflows, etc., as it is said. The perfection of the six perfections is the perfections of generosity, discipline, patience, diligence, meditation, and wisdom, etc., having attained perfection, is the general meaning of these. That which is called constantly practicing the six is that with regard to the six objects of form, sound, smell, taste, touch, and dharma, constantly possessing mindfulness and awareness is constantly practicing the six. It is said in the Sutra Pitaka: 'When the eye sees form, the mind neither delights nor does not delight, but with mindfulness and awareness constantly practices equanimity.' Such as this, etc., is constantly practicing.

It is said that it is so. The seven branches of enlightenment are: mindfulness, the branch of enlightenment, as well as discrimination of dharma, diligence, joy, tranquility, samadhi, and equanimity, the branch of enlightenment. Flourishing solely with their flowers is becoming prosperous. The eightfold noble path without outflows is the eightfold noble path, which has right view, etc., and it is to show that. The nine successive abidings are the four dhyanas, the four formless states, and the cessation. Because they abide in equanimity, they are called wise. Possessing the power of the ten powers is knowing what is and is not, knowing dhyana, knowing liberation, knowing samadhi, knowing equanimity, knowing the ripening of karma, knowing the superior and inferior faculties, knowing various aspirations, knowing various realms, knowing the path to all places, knowing the recollection of past lives, knowing death and birth, knowing the exhaustion of outflows, these are the ten powers. Those whose fame spreads equally in the ten directions are called that. A hundred thousand is a thousand Jambudvipas, which is the all-encompassing world. To rule over it, whoever has the state of being independent is the one who can rule over a hundred thousand. It is even more superior than the great Brahma, the lord of the wheel. Or whoever can rule over a hundred thousand is a hundred thousand, who can rule over the number of thousands. Saying a thousand is also to approximate the infinite, meaning that the Buddha, the Bhagavan, is far superior to the infinite great Brahmas. The so-called three times during the day and three times during the night refers to the first watch, the middle watch, and the last watch of the night, seeing three times during the night, and also during the day, in the morning, at noon, and in the afternoon, seeing three times during the day.
English
It is the wisdom of all-knowing. Looking at the three realms is discrimination. Wisdom exists to be known, and looking exists as an object to be seen. Therefore, it is also called the unequaled existent. For the existent also exists, thus the Buddha Bhagavan will look upon it, and this meaning will be explained. Diminishing is from virtuous dharmas. Increasing is by virtuous dharmas. Difficult to obtain is the suffering of the body. Weakness is the change of lineage that relatives cannot cure. Being harmed is a disease that relatives can cure. Difficulty, weakness, and being harmed should be understood by referring to what was said before. Inclining is the time of engaging in the actions of evil destinies. Descending is the complete perfection of the path of the actual path. Completely descending is the complete perfection of the end. What is called higher realms and liberation should be understood as placing in higher realms is solely for the sake of liberation. For example, when the previously accumulated miserliness is extracted from the evil destinies and placed in higher realms, it is solely for the sake of liberation. The fruit is the fruit of the renunciate. Not having created the root of virtue means not having created what is in accordance with the aspect of liberation. Causing it to ripen means causing it to increase. Causing it to be liberated means causing it to be connected with the fruit. In what is called "aquatic dwelling" and so on, since all Buddhas undoubtedly individually discern sentient beings to be tamed, it is shown that they will not transgress. What is called "discerning" is like relatives constantly protecting life from the causes of death, the Bhagavan also constantly cherishes like a beloved only child, thereby protecting the mind streams of all sentient beings, keeping them from the causes that are contrary to the noble path. By this, protecting the mind stream of those with fortune, and discerning and applying to the fruit, this is the demonstration of the manifest fruit. In order to explain that these two, accomplishing benefit through individual discernment, are the cause of great compassion and not others, three verses are spoken.
