It will become a grave offense. If a laywoman with faith speaks to a monk with words of faith, in any of the four modes of conduct—walking, standing, sitting, or lying down—with the union of Sanghavasesa, speaking with the law of grave offense, and if the monk also acknowledges it, then it will become a grave offense of the union of Sanghavasesa. If a laywoman with faith speaks to a monk with words of faith, in any of the four modes of conduct—walking, standing, sitting, or lying down—with the union of expiable offenses, speaking with the law of wrong-doing, and if the monk also acknowledges it, then it will become a wrong-doing of the union of expiable offenses. The offense of the union of unions is: if a laywoman with faith speaks to a monk with words of faith, in any of the four modes of conduct—walking, standing, sitting, or lying down—with the union of unions that leads to defeat, speaking with the law of wrong-doing, and if the monk also acknowledges it, then it will become a wrong-doing of the union of unions that leads to defeat. If a laywoman with faith speaks to a monk with words of faith, in any of the four modes of conduct—walking, standing, sitting, or lying down—with the union of unions of Sanghavasesa, speaking with the law of wrong-doing, and if the monk also acknowledges it, then it will become a wrong-doing of the union of unions of Sanghavasesa. If a laywoman with faith speaks to a monk with words of faith, in any of the four modes of conduct—walking, standing, sitting, or lying down—with the union of unions of expiable offenses, speaking with the law of minor wrong-doing, and if the monk also acknowledges it, then it will become a minor wrong-doing of the union of unions of expiable offenses. The agent here is a woman belonging to the human realm, or a young woman who can engage in the impure practice of sexual intercourse, and who is able to fully understand the meaning of all the doctrines of well-spoken and ill-spoken words, and who, being alone in a secluded place with protection, can dwell doing what she desires. To this, with five limbs, the root, the union, and the offense of the union of unions will occur in various ways, namely, object, aspect, and intention.

and the four great ones, and the commitment. Among these, "thing" refers to a monk and a woman being together. "Aspect" refers to being alone, secluded, and having protection. "Thought" refers to wanting to do something, sitting on a seat. The "four great ones" refer to a female mendicant not believing, having words of faith, these three dharmas being defeated, or the sangha remaining, or having spoken any dharma from the transgressions. "Commitment" refers to a monk committing to sit down. If these parts are incomplete, they are blamed accordingly. There is no transgression for not being a woman, not being alone, not being separate, not being secluded, not having protection, not wanting to do something, and not sitting on a seat. There is no transgression for beginners, madmen, those with disturbed minds, and those afflicted by feelings. Regarding what should be learned, in all places and at all times, one should learn not to rely on all combinations, combinations, and becoming the basis of these three uncertain first dharmas. One should also not rely on the influence and inquiry that merely become aspects of these. "Remedy" refers to the fact that from the Vinaya, from the four causes of disputes, four types of disputes arise. The four causes of disputes are: proving the truth of things in a reversed manner, preventing others by placing advice and so on, having transgressions, and not giving things that are in accordance with actions. The four types of disputes are: disputing for the sake of distribution, disputing for the sake of not advising, disputing for the sake of transgressions, and disputing for the sake of actions. From these four causes of disputes, these four types of disputes arise in order. Among these, the other three will be explained in detail below in the chapter on the seven dharmas for settling the four disputes. Here, for the time being, from the third cause of disputes, namely having transgression itself, disputes arise, therefore the remedy will be explained. Among these, having transgression itself is of two types, namely, when one knows, one transgresses due to the fault of one's own nature, and
