Transgressions arise from gross offenses, and transgressions arise from minor offenses, that is, whatever manifests itself and causes transgressions. Therefore, a bhikkhu should pacify all nights that arise from the source of dispute. If this does not pacify it, then one should remember the antidote. If one cannot do it oneself, then one should learn and remember the antidote from the position of the teacher, as well as from the sutras, the vinaya, and the mother tantras. If one still cannot do it, then one should sever it by reading, reciting, listening to the meaning, thinking, making offerings to the Three Jewels, performing the work of asking for advice in the position of the teacher, going to another place, reducing food, and so on. If one still cannot do it, then one should generate shame as if it were an impure thing, thinking: I should not enjoy the alms with faith. The Teacher is watching, the gods are watching with their divine eyes, and those who practice the same as Brahma are also watching me. If one does not do as it is said, everything is a misdeed. If one enjoys the leftovers with faith, it is also a misdeed. Even if one has done everything, such as abandoning the signs, but if one sees that one cannot do it, one should abandon the training. Therefore, if one does not strive to abandon the afflictions, many transgressions will arise. In order to generate the root of dispute, one should not enjoy the alms from the beginning. Therefore, if one enjoys it in that way, the afflictions will increase. The matter of pacifying disputes is completed. Bhagavan, these called "understanding these" are broad distinctions. This is also a broad statement and a brief summary. How should one act with regard to what has neither been permitted nor prohibited? As it is remembered in the brief summary of the Vinaya that arises from the minor details, bhikkhus, as I have said, what I have neither prohibited nor permitted from the beginning, if it is unsuitable and not in accordance, it is unsuitable; if it is suitable and in accordance, it is suitable, and one should act accordingly. Suitable and not in accord

Like saying "It should not be done, and it should not be followed," it should not be practiced. The so-called "belonging to the Sutra Pitaka" means included in the words and sentences. The so-called "brief" means included in the meaning. The so-called "other" means arising from the root and other treatises. The so-called "Dharma that conforms to the Dharma" means the Dharma that diligently makes it conform to the Dharma of Nirvana. The Sravakas of the perfectly enlightened Buddha Vipashyi Buddha are particularly inclined to asceticism. They also strive to practice asceticism, and are particularly inclined to its results and the one who proclaims it. They are also particularly inclined to this in the same way. If old karma is exhausted through asceticism, new karma is as if it has not been done, like being washed away by water. In this way, there will be no more afflictions in the next life. Because there are no afflictions, karma is exhausted. Because karma is exhausted, suffering is exhausted. Because suffering is exhausted, it will bring suffering to an end. Whoever proclaims this way is a Sramana. In order to counteract such a special inclination, the Bhagavan proclaimed this Pratimoksha to the Sravakas. Patience is the supreme asceticism, which is extensively discussed. Among them, what is proclaimed to counteract the special inclination to asceticism is that patience is the supreme asceticism. It is not the body that suffers, but one should become accustomed to the suffering of the mind, because this is the most difficult. To counteract the special inclination to its results, it is proclaimed: Patience, Nirvana is the most excellent, said the Buddha. It means that the patience that wants to have a definite understanding of the Dharma, here refers to patience. What does one rely on to attain Nirvana? The so-called "most excellent" means supreme, because it is always virtuous. Because Nirvana is attained through wisdom, not through asceticism, therefore, in this way, the Nirvana attained through patience is called the Nirvana of patience, which is expressed through the middle and subsequent words and sentences. To counteract the proclamation of this, it is proclaimed "not for renunciation" and so on, meaning that whoever causes the body to suffer meaninglessly, and also causes others to approach suffering, those who harm others are not Sramanas, even if that is the case, but still persuade others with wrong paths.
