Non-manifestation, unpolluted, although there is no unpolluted arising, it arises by taking the arising of that place as a cause, just like that. It is not, because that is not a realm. It is said that because it is not possessed by the desire in the desire realm, form realm, and formless realm, it is not a realm. That, either from the perspective of realm or earth, is neither equal to the great elements nor unequal, so it arises by taking those as causes. Non-manifestation in the formless realm should not arise by taking the unequal arising in the desire realm and form realm as a cause. If all forms turn their backs, then, therefore, it is said to be separated from the perception of form, because it is a synonym for being separated from the perception of form. The immoral precepts are also practiced in the desire realm, because they are completely defiled by the roots of non-virtue. The precepts of the form realm, although there are no immoral precepts in the form realm, even so, because they are the antidote to the immoral precepts in the desire realm, it is permissible. The formless realm is far from the desire realm by four distances, and this is used as an example to illustrate that it is extremely far. The nature of extreme distance has already been explained in the second chapter of the Abhidharmakosha. Possessing manifestation and behavior, it is said that the actions of body and speech are because investigation and analysis are manifest. Saying analysis is to distinguish all of the first dhyana. There is also no obstruction in the desire realm, and this word "also" indicates that there is also none above the first dhyana, thus it is shown that it only exists in the first dhyana. Above that refers to the second dhyana and so on above the Brahma world. If one asks why there is no manifestation of speech, it is because there is no investigation and analysis, because there is the saying, "One speaks after investigation and analysis, and does not speak without investigation and analysis." Taking the external great elements as a cause refers to clothes and so on.

cause of. Here, some say it has scriptures, therefore, this is not so. It is said: What has the realm of sound? Answer: Acting in the desire realm, acting in the form realm, and acting in the formless realm. What? It is said: Acting in the formless realm. Because it is not shown as sentient beings, so the external and the possessing are not existent. Because the realm of sound, which is not different from the senses, exists everywhere. Or because it is said on the assumption that it exists in one aspect, there is no fault, and so it is argued. Others say that it is called a vast arising, and those born in the second dhyana and so on, when the Blessed One dwells in the Pure Abode, pay homage with hands and praises, and therefore speak to each other. Unobscured and unspecified manifestation, called like the consciousness of the eye and so on, the consciousness of the mind of the first dhyana, is the unobscured and unspecified that makes the aspects of pervasive activity manifest, therefore, it is only unobscured and unspecified. Why is there no virtue and affliction? Therefore, it is said that it is born in them. Such is called, because it is said that the cause of making the nature of virtue and affliction manifest is inferior, so it does not make virtue manifest, and because it has been abandoned, it does not make affliction manifest. Only the former is said, called with the external great elements as the cause. Because why there is no pervasive activity, called this makes pervasive activity, so it is pervasive activity. Above the Brahma world, how there is no pervasive activity, it is shown as having investigation and analysis, called vast arising. In order to show how there is no obscured and unspecified in the desire realm, it is said to be abandoned by cultivation, because any one is incomplete, it is not. Why? Because it appears that one speaks after observing and analyzing, and not without observing and analyzing. What is abandoned by seeing is because it enters by looking inward, it cannot cause pervasive activity.

Thus. That which is to be abandoned by cultivation is because it looks outward and enters. If it is possible in the desire realm, then there is no obscuration to be abandoned by cultivation, because there is no other unindicated obscuration except for the view of the collection of destruction and the view of clinging to extremes. That itself is to be abandoned by seeing. Above the world of Brahma, there are no investigation and analysis, so because of being separated from anything, there is no consciousness in the second dhyana and so on, and there is no obscuration in the desire realm. Because there is no arising from the desire realm, there is no obscuration, so because of the arising of discrimination, the question is also extensively explained by the power of arising alone, the dharmas. Good in the holy meaning of liberation, the words, that is, being in accordance with the nature of meaning and by completely abandoning, good is in the conventional, it will be shown like this. That is not entirely very good, because it is not the happiness of suffering from action and change. The words of nirvana are extensively explained, here it shows that the meaning of good is the meaning of happiness. The other, holy is also that, and meaning is also, so it is holy meaning. Holy is ultimate, thinking that it is impossible to surpass. Meaning is the meaning of substance and thing. It will be shown like this, nirvana is the unsurpassable thing of the meaning of good, and it is the best of all good dharmas for the sake of observation, so it is said. Root, shame, and conscience are of self-nature. The words and so on, the three roots of good and shame and conscience are good in their own nature, because like consciousness and feeling, etc., they do not depend on being equally possessed with others, and like the actions of body and speech, they do not depend on arising. It will be shown like this, what does not change into the difference between good and non-good and unindicated by the power of being possessed and arising, that is good and non-good in its own nature. Those who do not possess the same as them are good
