From "Vāpo" onwards, up to "it only becomes an increase of merit," it is the same as before. Another motivating factor is that a son or daughter of good family with faith, hearing that the Tathagata or a disciple of the Tathagata has gone to a certain village or field, and having heard it, also obtains great joy, which is the same as before. This is called the fourth object of merit that does not arise from material things, from "is" to "it only becomes an increase of merit," it is the same as before. Another motivating factor is that a son or daughter of good family with faith goes to see the Tathagata or a disciple of the Tathagata, and having seen them, also obtains great joy, which is the same as before. This motivating factor is called the object of merit that does not arise from material things, the same as before, from "is" to "merit increases," it is the same as before. Another motivating factor is that a son or daughter of good family with faith hears the Dharma from the Tathagata or a disciple of the Tathagata, and having heard it, also obtains great joy, which is the same as before. This motivating factor is called the sixth object of merit that does not arise from material things, from "is" to "it only becomes an increase of merit," it is the same as before. Another motivating factor is that a son or daughter of good family with faith hears the Dharma from the Tathagata or a disciple of the Tathagata, and having heard the Dharma, also takes refuge in the Buddha, takes refuge in the Dharma, takes refuge in the Sangha, and also upholds the precepts. This motivating factor is called the seventh object of merit that does not arise from material things, the great fruit, the same as before. Because of fear of too much text, not everything is written. Merely exhorting is not suitable as a path of action, because the action of killing, etc., has not been done. If one thinks that if that action is done, then exhorting him will become a path of action, then, even if it has been done, it is said because there is no difference in its own nature. Even if another's action has been done, by what means does exhorting him become a path of action at that time, what difference is there in its own nature?

There is not even a little. Therefore, just as before, since there is no difference in its own nature, just as it was not established as a path of action before, so it is the same later. Therefore, it must be admitted that the birth that is included in the path of action at that time exists. What is called not being included by a single birth is by the other births except for the Dharma birth. Speech and the limits of action, and livelihoods are not suitable, because these are impossible to be the nature of expression. Then, if someone asks, what is the relationship between what is said here and the extensive explanation? If you think that it is impossible without non-expression, then because there is no expression, it will not become the eightfold noble path. Therefore, if you want to admit that there is non-expression, then why do you extensively explain from "what is said here" to the extensively explained "right concentration", and say "completely pure before this" and so on? This is a summary of "the period before entering the path", and they think that these are the form of expression. The Sarvastivadins answer that this refers to the situation where one has already become detached from desire through the worldly path. This is because they believe that in the stage of detachment from desire through the worldly path, the nature of speech etc. is the form of expression, not because there is no form of non-expression such as speech etc. that is included in it at the time of the path. The so-called object of concentration is the object of concentration, that is, the pile of bones of the skeleton, etc. Because it does not obstruct the object, it is unobstructed, that is, if a certain form obstructs the object, then it is obstructed, and vice versa, it is unobstructed. Now if someone thinks, how can this be form?

I thought, what if I couldn't do that. This is similar to non-manifestation, your non-manifestation is also similar in that it does not obscure the object. The so-called uncontaminated samadhi is uncontaminated, because the yogi realizes the path, therefore obtains such thoughts and support. If there is something, one can abide in the nature of morality, and obtain uncontaminated morality like right view. Or, those noble ones, at the time of uncontaminated samadhi, approve of such form. Others say, what are the form of the Arhat and the external objects? Other teachers say that the form of the Arhat, such as the eye base, etc., and the external walls, etc., whatever exists, are uncontaminated forms. Why? Because they are not the basis of the outflows. The form in the Arhat's continuum or the external form is not the basis of the outflows and afflictions. If so, then what does the sutra say, without distinction, what are the contaminated dharmas? That is, all eyes and all forms, etc., are extensively explained. This is because they are not the antidote to the outflows, so they are said to be related to the contaminated dharmas. The antidote to the outflows is the difference between mind and mental factors. Then, in terms of names, it is extensively said that the Arhat or the external form itself, because it is not the antidote to the outflows, is also contaminated, and because it is not the basis of the outflows, it is also uncontaminated. If so, there will be the fault of confusing the definition. What is the form that is related to the contaminated and will be taken? This is a synonym for the term form base. Broadly speaking, because the sutra says, what dharmas related to the contaminated will be taken, those are the inferior and coarse basis of the mind, so the uncontaminated form base exists. What is related to the contaminated and will be taken? That is the form of ordinary beings, which is the basis of the outflows.
