From the mind of a woman, a mind arises that makes her body weary, from which arises the mind of her husband, from which arises the mind of her son, and from that very mind arises the mind of her daughter, and from that very mind, having completely transformed, if the first mind arises, then from the woman's mind, among all the minds that arise subsequently, in order to arise, in terms of the mind-stream, the most numerous, in terms of ability, the most clear, and the closest mind, only that mind will arise. The reason for this is that its necessity is endowed with power. That is to say, the necessity of the most numerous, the most clear, or the closest is endowed with power. The so-called "its assembled body" refers to what is near at the time of its expanding manifestation, which is its assembly, namely the difference in the conditions of the body and the difference in external conditions. The so-called "without exception" is a synonym for "if not," meaning that whatever body or external condition is near, that is what will arise. The so-called "that which is habituated itself possesses the power of Dharma" means that if what is said to be the most numerous, the most clear, and the closest habituation itself possesses power, then why does it not always produce results? If others object that that mind does not not arise, then explain that existence is transformed into other states, because this is the characteristic of conditioned phenomena. Because the characteristic of this is to transform from existence into other states, it is therefore because of the characteristic of transforming from existence into other states. The characteristic of conditioned phenomena transforming into other states is also the arising of the fruit of other habituations, that is, because of the fruit of other habituations, the conformity with the arising of other minds, therefore it will not always produce that fruit, it should be connected in this way. The so-called "thus it is said" refers to what was said by the Venerable Rāhula. The so-called "all aspects" refers to all forms, that is, all forms, the color of peacock feathers, smiles, and so on, all those forms. Therefore, the color is like this, the smile is similar, shining like this, such forms are causes, this is not a cause, it should not be understood in this way, because those who are not omniscient, such as Śrāvakas and Pratyekabuddhas, are unable to know. This is called the omniscient power. It is thinking that whoever knows the cause of it is the power of the omniscient. What need is there to mention the distinctions of non-material minds? This is the concluding remark that if one cannot know all aspects of the cause of form, then what need is there to mention those that are non-material? Any non-Buddhist is a Vaibhashika. If it is said that it is because it depends on the distinction of being in contact with the mind, it is similar for the mind to arise from the self, but sometimes the self arises from the distinction of being related to the mind, therefore, the mind does not always arise only like that, and it does not necessarily arise in a definite order like sprouts, stems, and leaves. If you want to do that, it is not. Because the relationship is not different, it is not like that. Why? Because the relationship between the self and the mind is not established as different, and there is nothing established as a relationship for us. Those who have relationships, etc., are explained in detail because even if a relationship is acknowledged, those who have relationships, such as trees or anything else that is known in the world, are completely cut off, because the object is seen to be completely cut off, which is the concluding remark. The reason for explaining the characteristics is to show the characteristics of combination in the continuation of the Vaibhashikas. So what? Then I will be completely cut off. Where I am, there is no mind, and where there is mind, there is no self, so it will be completely cut off. The fact that I am in contact with the mind shows that the sect of mindfulness and the scriptures contradicts the distinction of this phenomenon.
