It is. If the behavior of the form aggregate has the discipline of meditation, then it is the five aggregates of the Abhidharma. The so-called treatise refers to the treatise that is considered to be the Abhidharma. As to whether it is in accordance or not, the statements vary. Some say that because it is not the nature of the aggregates of mind and mental factors, it should not be connected with accordance. Others believe that because there are arising and so on, it should be connected, that is, this Abhidharma is one aggregate, or because there are arising and so on, it is two aggregates. Others say that the treatise refers to entering wisdom. The treatise that becomes the body has six branches, namely the basis of good distinction, the aggregate of consciousness, the aggregate of Dharma, the nominal treatise, the aggregate of realms, and the true aspects of practice. Therefore, the treatise is also only in accordance, because it is through it that one can obtain the ultimate Abhidharma, so it is called the nominal Abhidharma. Among them, the wisdom obtained from the place of birth follows its meaning through listening to the treatise. From this arises the wisdom born of hearing, from the wisdom born of hearing arises the wisdom born of thinking, and from the wisdom born of thinking arises the contaminated wisdom born of meditation. From this arises uncontaminated wisdom, and the order is like this. Therefore, the so-called "Thus, this is form" is a conjunction of sentences. The so-called "this" refers to the definitive explanation of holding the self-characteristic, the ultimate and nominal Abhidharma. The so-called ultimate Dharma is ultimate because it is the meaning of supreme wisdom. On the other hand, it is ultimate because it is the most supreme of all Dharmas. This is both ultimate and Dharma, so it is the ultimate Dharma. The so-called characteristic of Dharma refers to the self-characteristic and the common characteristic, such as the characteristic of the earth element is hardness, impermanence, and suffering, and so on. Like this, the Dharma that tends to manifest, realize, and comprehend is the Abhidharma. Dharma.

"The Abhidhamma has been spoken" means that the meaning of the parts has been understood from the perspective of the nature, distinctions, and definitive words. Since the general meaning has not yet been understood, therefore, how can this treatise be said to be the Treasury of Abhidhamma? This is asking about the general meaning. Here, in "in that meaning," "that" refers to the treatise called Abhidhamma, which has just been spoken of. "Meaning" is not from the perspective of words, but from the perspective of meaning, but not all. Therefore, it is said, "cherished ones, cherished ones." "Included" means included within. Therefore, our treatise is like a treasury of that meaning, similar to a treasury. For this meaning, the Abhidhamma Treasury is the Abhidhamma Treasury, which is a contraction of words, just like a sword is put into its sheath. Or, since our treatise is extracted from that Abhidhamma scripture, therefore, entering into the wisdom of Abhidhamma and so on is like the place of our treatise. "Meaning" should be combined with the context. Therefore, the Abhidhamma itself is the treasury of this treatise. For this meaning, because this treatise contains the Abhidhamma Treasury, it is called the Abhidhamma Treasury, which is a contraction of words, just like a sword is drawn from its sheath. In this way, the fact that this treatise is the Abhidhamma Treasury shows that the general meaning is also included within it. Furthermore, why is the Abhidhamma taught? This is a synonym for "what is the need?" A treatise with a need can be well collected, but not one without a need. "Who taught this in the very beginning?" refers to who first spoke this Abhidhamma? It is thought that because it is a treatise taught by a trustworthy person, it becomes a nature worthy of being collected. The special mention of "first" is because the monks Katyayaniputra and others later collected and taught it, in order to argue with the established first teacher. "Like this" is the beginning of the extensive explanation. Like this, the teacher who composed the treatise respectfully and diligently speaks and makes the concise treatise, the Treasury of Abhidhamma.
